Tim Wilson points out that it is easier to divert attention to the little things rather than working on the bigger picture. How does Maine become competitive within different industries, we need to have a transition to different machinery or training. We need to train more people in the high tech industries and the Trades.
Part 2: We need to change the conversation: Too many people that have gone to college are waiting tables and not finding jobs within their degree field. We need more of trades and vocational schools and not look down on them as second class citizens.
