Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland gives us an update on the “Bump Stock” issue. A bump stock is an after-market gun modifications that utilize a semi-automatic rifle’s recoil to bounce its stock back and forth off of the shooter’s shoulder and re-cock the gun after each round fired. Most people didn’t know what that was until Sunday night. NRA is saying congress will probably need to do something about them. There is likely going to be a compromise on the gun control issue. President Obama lifted the ban on bump stocks in 2010.
