Ethan Strimling joins Ray and David by phone. Things start off by David asking the Mayor about Capitalism and minimum wage and does he believe it is Capitalism. He explains his stance on how minimum wage is necessary. It was quite a discussion. David says the Mayor wants more “Robin Hood Economics”. Mayor Strimling wants David to tour Portland with him and learn how the other half lives.
