Fox News Radio’s Simon Owen says one of South Africa’s largest cities, Capetown is almost out of water. They only have about 6 weeks left. Residents have been rationed to 12 gal. a day, but the tourist, hospitals, schools and lower income will still have water available to them. They are waiting on the rain to fix the problem. Hopefully the drought won’t be an ongoing problem.
