The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) has a confidential memo written by House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes’ office and has been the subject of partisan disagreement all week long. The memo supposedly details federal surveillance abuses and could be declassified and released and released today.
Part 2: Ray continues this thread of discussion. He ends up taking a call and they switch over to the Super Bowl.
