They also discuss the Governor slamming Associate Justice Joseph Jabar for not retiring as he said he would after he was re-appointed by the Governor with a “Gentleman’s agreement”. Part 2:  Ray brings up Ranked Choice Voting. How will this affect the Gubernatorial race? It is going to get really messy. Politics moves much faster than the courts.
