Joe and Bill both have served in Augusta back in the day and explain the difference in the way they processed bills. There used to be a hearing on each bill so that there could be discussions and public notifications, but that doesn’t happen anymore. They also talk about the qualifications of the President of the United State and Ray suggests that maybe Maine should have similar qualifications.
