Part 1:  Pat Callaghan of NewsCenter Maine joins Ray and Roy Lenardson this morning. They start off with how much fun they have had in the past on election night. Pat says it won’t be that way with this election. Pat has faith in Matt Dunlap, that he will come up with a process that will work. The judge hearing the arguments is Superior Court Justice Michaela Murphy. Ray believes that RCV is a great vote suppression tool. Ray asks Pat about the lack of a public hearing on items before the state legislature. Slugger stopped by and waved on his way to the Big Jab.
