Part 1:  Maine DOT Press Secretary Ted Talbot joins Ray by phone to get onto David. He explains that Maine’s Turnpike and the DOT interstates are different entities. Ted talks about the differences between Maine and some other states on their roadside signs. They also have a discussion about marketing Maine businesses and facilities.
Part 2:  Ray takes a call from Doug Ray, spokesperson for the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development. Doug expands on the business climate. Ray asks Doug about commercials for Maine airing outside of Maine.
