There is a housing crisis in the Portland area and there doesn’t seem to be enough affordable housing to go around. Rents are outrageous.

Ray brings up the Supreme Court Judge. The talk about the litmus test. How is that good to have for a Judge. We take a call from Kenneth Capron.
Part 6:  It’s all about the money. Ray brings up if saving money was really a priority, there would be some really hard choices to make. Consolidation would be a great start.
