Part 1: Ray, Rep. Rich Cebra and Rep. Ellie Espling are joined by Portland Mayor Ethan Strimling. They discuss the housing tax that is being proposed for Portland. There is a housing crisis in the Portland area and there doesn’t seem to be enough affordable housing to go around. Rents are outrageous.
Part 2: The panel discusses the Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi. Kevin with the Maine Veteran Homeless Alliance calls in to discuss the housing issue and their need for space for Veterans. Part 3: They panel is joined by Gordon Draper. They discuss some of the bills that was in front of them in the House. They will be heading back to Augusta on July 23. Part 5: GOP Leader Demi Kouzounas joins the panel. Ray plays an ad about the income tax referendum. The panel discuss the ad and the referendum. Bernie Sanders came up with this model. Ray brings up the Supreme Court Judge. The talk about the litmus test. How is that good to have for a Judge. We take a call from Kenneth Capron.
Part 6: It’s all about the money. Ray brings up if saving money was really a priority, there would be some really hard choices to make. Consolidation would be a great start.
Part 7: The panel does a show and tell about the beautiful grand babies. Frequent caller calls in about Portland Mayor Ethan Strimling. They talk about up-keep of America and how we have created a generation or two that it is okay to win a participation trophy. Fox News Radio’s Jon Decker joins us to discuss Pres. Trump’s Supreme Court Nomination, Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh. Rich is looking forward to the response from the left. Ray mentions the statement from Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi.
