Bill explains a bill that he was asked to sponsor to just add names to the voter roles automatically. The discussion goes to Ray and Bill explaining immigration rules on working to David.
Part 2:  The immigration discussion continues. Ray asks the question, why aren’t immigrants restricted from traveling our country, but they are restricted from working for up to two years.
