Part 1:  Ray and David discuss the Cohen and Manafort briefly before taking a call. He likes Terry’s idea on the people referendum process. He would like to see it require all of the counties to be represented. This leads to a nice discussion. David tries to talk Ray into running for Senate. Ray goes back to Molly Tibbetts and Kathryn Steinle. They get into the courts letting the American people down.
