Part 3:  Ray apologizes for his behavior in the last segment on Friday. Ray promotes the WLOB Gubernatorial Debate at the Westbrook PAC. It starts at 7pm and all four candidates are attending. Ray touches on some of the questions he has for the candidates. Ray describes his weekend and the infrastructure of Maine. Ray states the obvious reasons for people to get out to vote.
