Part 1: Ray is joined by David Jones, Gordon Draper, ME Senate Candidate Ellie Espling, State Rep. Nate Wadsworth. They discuss the current economic state of Maine including the new report came that was just released.
Part 2: Westbrook City Council candidate Deb Shangraw joins the group. This segment is dedicated to the Richardson Magazine and Ray’s favorite feature, Someone You Should Know.
Part 3: They talk about Judge Kavanaugh and the frustration and outrage over how all of this is being played out. Are victims of sexual abuse just wanting to blame and punish all men? The panel discuss the accusations, accusers and Judge Kavanaugh. They take a call and he is disgusted by the path our country has taken. GOP Chair Demi Kouzounas joins the panel.
Part 4: Ray introduces everyone, it takes a while. Ray remembers asking Mike Michaud about the some of the issues facing Maine and his answer was always, NAFTA. Trump’s economy is running well and the left is saying thank you to Pres. Obama. Ray wants to know where were the women protesting the Kavanaugh vote in front of Collin’s home during the Female Genital Mutilation Vote. This leads to the Marty Grohman and Mark Holbrook race. They end with the FGM vote and Garrett Mason’s PAC. Part 5: They talk about Governor LePage’s administration. David says he will miss LePage as Governor. They end up with discussing Shawn Moody and how he will govern.
Part 6: The panel talks about the demands on releasing tax returns and how that is going above and beyond what is needed to make a decision. A caller makes an observation about Dr. Ford’s testimony about one of her alleged assailants. They talk about some of Trump’s accomplishments while he has been in office. They talk about how Sen. King is an “Independent” and has decided to vote no on the confirmation of Kavanaugh before the hearing even took place. He votes with the Democrats 93% of the time.
Part 7: They talk about the infrastructure of Maine. Ray reminds people how our government works.
