Part 1: Ray and Governor Paul LePage talk about his Christmas. They also talk about the relationship between he and Gov. Elect Janet Mills.
Part 2: They talk about the First Lady Ann LePage and her hard work for the veterans. Ray asks him what does he feel that are some of the most important things he has done.
Part 3: Ray and the Gov. discuss how important it is to really hear what the people are saying. He loves having his office open on Saturdays so that he can hear from regular working folks. They talk about the contentious relationship between him and written media. He announces that if the Gov. Elect Mills destroys all that he has done, he will come back and challenge her in the next race.
Part: 4: Ray and Gov. LePage welcome Congressman Bruce Poliquin by phone. On Christmas Eve, the Congressman halted the Ranked Choice Voting fight. They talk about Mitch McConnell.
Part 5: Ray and the Gov. talk about the CMP corridor.
Part 6: They continue the discussion on energy and how do we stay competitive. They talk about other industries and how this new administration will affect the businesses in Maine. They talk about the election and how people got complacent and didn’t get out to vote.
Part 7: They talk about some of the things that the Gov. achieved under his administration. Paving roads, balanced budgets, paying the hospitals are just a few.
Part 8: They talk about how to pay for the Medicaid Expansion. They also talk about the leadership and how to work with people. They also talk about taxes and what we need to do to become prosperous. The end this segment with “if you don’t have a job, it’s because you don’t want one.”
Part 9: They talk about the Governor political history. People were devoted to him and his campaign. It had a life of his own. The Governor is leaving the state in a better place than when he came in.
