Part 3:  Ray, Dee Dee and David talk about the wall and southern border. Illegal vs legal immigrants. Fox News Radio’s Jon Decker calls in from Washington to discuss the government shutdown. They discuss Trump’s resolve and the cracks emerging among Senate Republicans as Murkowski, R-AK, calls for end to shutdown.
