A Belarusian model claimed she had evidence of Russian efforts to help Donald Trump win office, but she has recanted stating that she did it to get the media’s attention. Ray then talks about Pelosi and the government shutdown and the wall. Ray continues on the State of Emergency and Mitch McConnell.
