Ray welcomes Col. Jay Cloutier, USAF (Ret.) of the Red Cross Maine in studio. The Colonel is here to explain what the Red Cross can do to help those that have served, but first he tells his story of how he came to be a Colonel and work for Red Cross. He lays out what his position with the Maine Red Cross and how important it is to be there for the members and families of the armed forces. There are many ways to help and get involved or if you need support, there are many ways to get it. Jay can help you maneuver and find which department or service will work for your needs.
