Part 1:  Ray explains a new bill that the Maine Legislature has submitted. LD 418 “An Act To Implement the National Popular Vote for President” and LD 816 “An Act To Implement the National Popular Vote for President of the United States”. These are not a good deal because they erode  the Electoral voting process.
Part 2:  Ray, Debi and Dee Dee discuss the out of state elected folks that have come to Maine only to change it.
