Part 1: Ray, David Jones and Debi Davis talk about the Great News!!! Chick-Fil-A is coming to The Point, located at the Eastpoint Christian Church in Clarks Pond in South Portland today, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11am-3pm!! Gregg Jarrett joins in by phone. He is a Fox News legal analyst and commentator, and formerly worked as a defense attorney and adjunct law professor. He is the author of the No. 1 New York Times best-selling book “The Russia Hoax: The Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump.” He and Ray discuss the plots, schemes and corruption in FBI and other government branches. They also hit on the motivations and the 25th Amendment scandal that has coming into light. Ray is convinced that all roads will probably lead to Obama.
Part 2: Ellie Espling joins the group. Ray asks her specific questions on her opinion regarding Gov. Mills proposed budget and whether or not the Republicans will be able to make the tough choices. MMA (Maine Municipal Association) is going to be silent now that the Dems are in control. Ray and Ellie talk about the media and how to use the media. Ellie says that citizens need to let their elected folks know how they feel.
Part 3: Republican Party Chair Demi Kouzounas is in the house. They continue the discussion on get the Republican voice out to the public. Ray takes a call from Irene of Windham about Republicans/conservatives standing up and making our voices heard. The left has a loud voice and we need to call, write and stand up to the leftist ideas.
Part 4: Ray brings up the topic of big money in politics. The Dems have been attacking Sen. Collins based on her support for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh based on his latest ruling on the Louisiana abortion clinics. The discussion turns to “dark money” coming into the state. The panel talk about all of the ad that ran against Ellie and the fact that they don’t advertise to get the republicans out to vote, but try to get the other side to change their minds. The panel take a call agreeing with them about getting the word out. Ray has talked to several people who are thinking about running, but are afraid they will be abandoned.
Part 5: They panel continues the discussion on running for office and the PACs that raise money for the elections.
Part 6: The panel continue to discuss some of the previous topics. Ray takes a call from a long-time childhood friend, Cathy Roesel-Brown. She is at teacher in Apopka, Florida and up in Boston for a Speech and Debate competition at Harvard. She explains what the competition is all about and how her students are doing. The take another call from Greg in Raymond who say that he will be running again and could use some of the grassroots help and that is the way we will win elections.
Part 7: Ray talks about the bills put forth in Maine’s Legislature about abortion and did they run on this platform?
