03-12-19 Terrific Tuesday
Part 1: Ray and Debi have a great discussion this morning about the hypocrisy, once again. They talk about the outrage from the left about Trump signing Bibles in the tornado ravaged Alabama. Not a word was said when Pres. Obama signed Bibles.
Part 2: Ray reads a story out of Georgia about the proposed bill. Testicular “Bill of Rights” Legislation. Georgia state Rep. Dar’shun Kendrick (D) on Monday announced that she is introducing a “testicular bill of rights” as a way to respond to a restrictive abortion bill the state House.
Part 3: Ray, Debi and David Jones continue discussing GA’s “New Bill of Rights” Legislation.
Part 4: Ray and David welcome State Rep. Nate Wadsworth. He sits on the Appropriation Committee. They start off with the road conditions in Maine. Ray mentions Former Rep. Wayne Parry’s thoughts on using sales tax to fund roads. Nate tells us that after 20 years of being tabled and tabled again, the western part of 302 is finally getting some attention. Ray states the bottom line is that Route 302 hasn’t been a priority for spending.
Part 5: They boys try to take a call from Janice Dean. Due to technical difficulty we had to reschedule. The guys end up talking about the budget that Trump has submitted to Congress and how the Dems have already said basically “no” before they ever saw the document.
