Part 1: Ray continues the discussion on gun rights with Attorney Loretta Powers The maker of the semiautomatic rifle that was used to kill 20 children and six educators at the Sandy Hook Elementary School can be sued concerning the way the gun was marketed, the Connecticut Supreme Court ruled Thursday. A federal law passed in 2005 that protect gun makers from liability when their arms are used in the commission of crimes doesn’t apply in the lawsuit that names Remington, which makes the Bushmaster rifle that the shooter wielded in carrying out the 2012 massacre in Newtown, Connecticut, the court ruled in a 4-3 decision. Ray takes a call from Gordon Draper about illegal immigrants and President Trump.

Part 3: Ray talks about the bill proposed by Cape Elizabeth Sen. Millett. Maine Senate Bill 1312 “An Act Regarding Access to Firearms by Extremely Dangerous and Suicidal Individuals”. He takes a call and then talks about Portland Mayor Ethan Strimling being so worried about the non-citizens not having a voice, but doesn’t seem to care about the property or business owners’ voice.
Part 4: Ray announces that they want to have people come to Augusta to support LD1083 “An Act To Implement Ranked-choice Voting for Presidential Primary and General Elections in Maine”. They are trying to water down and take away your vote/voice. Bill from Casco calls in.
Part 5: Ray talks about some of the stuff that is going on in Augusta. It is time to stand up and BE BOLD!. He wants everyone to call Maine Senate President Troy Jackson and tell him to stand down!
