11-19-19 Trump Tuesday
Part 1: Ray gives the line up of the today’s show. Ray then talks about the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announcement regarding the Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank. He talks about the double standards and the difference when Obama was President. He lets his true feelings about how Europe would be speaking German if it weren’t for America and how ungrateful they are for us not only helping during the war, but also rebuilding of their country. Ray is talking about the Inspector General and his testimony sometime soon. The DoJ released documents outlining a slew of “security violations” and flagrantly “unprofessional conduct” by anti-Trump ex-FBI agent Peter Strzok, which including his alleged practice of keeping sensitive FBI documents on his unsecured personal electronic devices, even as his wife gained access to his cell phone and discovered evidence that he was having an affair with former FBI attorney Lisa Page. He gets to the Impeachment Hearing and the witchhunt to get Trump since before he even took the oath of office. Ray stresses that we need to vote them out of office.
Part 2: Ray gives a warning that the Impeachment Hearings are going to resume today. So far the witnesses that have been called have had no first hand knowledge of the phone call from President Trump to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky. He doesn’t understand how a supposed private call should have been private and not to be overheard.
Part 3: Ray explains that he has a short segment and doesn’t have the time to do today’s History Lesson. He goes into depth of why he started this segment. Civics and American History is not being taught, schools are more intent on teaching things that are not reading, writing and arithmetic.
Part 4: Ray plays a shout out to JJ Jeffrey. Then he and David Jones welcome Pete Sepp, President, leads the non-profit, non-partisan National Taxpayers Union (NTU). Ray asks him what pearls of wisdom he has to share. He brings up that Susan Collins is a pivotal vote in several regulatory votes. Net Neutrality is the first thing he brings up. Ray and Pete talk about the dangers of Net Neutrality and some of the regulations. Ray defines what Net Neutrality is and Pete expands on Ray’s meaning. Pete says that regulations should be made by the private sector, not the government.
Part 5: Ray plays a clip of Jeff Daniels reciting President Abraham Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address. Ray gives the history of the speakers and he and David discuss the battle of Gettysburg and also how humble Lincoln was.
Part 6: Ray continues with President Lincoln and ponder what could have happened if he could have remained President. Unfortunately, he was assassinated. This somehow brings up scandals and Obama’s Presidency. Ray brings up that we need to not back down. Chick-Fil-A has backed down to the LGBT community and not supporting the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Salvation Army. He gives an example of the left vs right. Maine GOP Chair Demi Kouzounas joins into the discussion. They talk about the difference between being tolerant vs protesting. Ray plugs his new book, the Truth About Trump.
Part 7: Ray and the group talk about judging. Ray brings up Kanye West and whether or not he is genuine. Demi and Dee Dee talk about how judgy people can be. Dee Dee talks about an article if the October issue of Richardson Magazine about that very same thing. They talk about which laws we should follow…..Red Flag laws, Immigration Laws….this brings up the case in San Francisco murder by an illegal immigrant. Ray also bring up the Presidential candidates trying to take your Constitutional Rights and gives examples.
Part 8: Ray and Debi talk about Liz Harrington that made an appearance at the SheLeads event this weekend.
Part 9: Liz Harrington, national spokesperson for the Republican National Committee to talk about Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announcement. Ray and Liz talk about the Impeachment Hearing and the fact the witnesses don’t have any direct contact or knowledge. The Democrats are upset that Trump relieved the Former Ambassador to Ukraine, Marie Yovanovitch, of her duties. The Democrats don’t like it that President Trump is putting America first in all of his deals. Liz says that the questions that Adam Schiff doesn’t allow to be asked is far more telling than the answers that we are allowed to hear.
