Part 1:  Joe Bruno and Jeff Mannix are in studio and Ray is in his home studio. They talk about the charges of a cop that used a chokehold. They discuss the garage pull rope formed as a noose that was found in Bubba Wallace’s garage at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday.

Part 2:  Ray says that he has gotten more lessons through text messages on tying knots in the last segment than he did the whole time he was a Boy Scout.

Part 3:  Ray talks about the preparations taking place for the spacewalk at the International Space Station that he is fascinated watching on News Center Maine while doing his show.

Part 4:  Ray welcomes Dr. John Herzog in studio joining Jeff and Joe. He continues with the space walk by Flight Engineer Bob Behnken and Commander Chris Cassidy. He welcomes Michael Sauschuck, Commissioner of the Maine Department of Public Safety to discuss the facts in an article that was in the Portland Press Herald yesterday. He testified at a joint legislative hearing about the Maine Intelligence and Analysis Center and the intelligence unit illegally used surveillance tools to monitor innocent citizens. They talk about the retirement of Steve McCausland, who has been the spokesman for the department and its bureaus since 1988.

Part 5:  They talk about Dr. John Herzog’s treatment on Joe a couple of weeks ago in studio and what he can do to help you alleviate your pain. Joe followed up with a visit in Dr. Herzog’s office. Part 6:  The boys tease Ray about his size. They take a call from Vernon Dukes about Black Lives Matters. Vern says that we need to pay attention to what they really want…Marxism. They talk about socialism, capitalism and some of the results of all of those “isms”.

Part 7:  Ray gives another shout out to Vern. Joe brings up another “great” article in the Press Herald. Joe gives his real feelings about Dr. Shah.

Part 8:  Ray talks about Peter Frampton. Dr. Herzog tells about how he can help your body to heal and get you out of pain. Gordon calls in to talk about making an appointment with Dr. Herzog and shares some of his other thoughts. They continue with the noose that was in Bubba Wallace’s garage at Talladega Superspeedway.
