Ray addresses Dave from Westbrooks question and explains the procedure of the election and gives a history lesson. He takes a call from Arthur Langley. He also talks about the Free Thanksgiving meal that can be attained through Roots Cafe in Westbrook.

Part 13:  Ray talks about the Covid-19 numbers and questions the testing numbers.
