Segment 2:  Ray continues to talk about the Washington Swamp and who should be Speaker.

Segment 3:  Gunny Mike Hall calls in to discuss the role of Speaker of the House and the personality it takes.

Segment 4:  Ray continues with his thoughts on Rep. Kevin McCarthy.

Segment 5:  Ray takes calls.

Segment 6:  Ray talks about Sen. Mitch McConnell and his leadership.

Segments 7-8:  Ray clarifies his thoughts about MaineCare and the reason it doesn’t work and stresses that the Devil is in the details. He gives some examples of what he means like the hidden things in Bills and no time to read the Bill before the vote.

Segment 9:  MaineCare is used as an example of how it keeps people under the control of the government. Ray urges that it is time to change the paradigm. Karen Gilles calls in to support Ray’s position.

Segment 12:  Ray talks about Maine DHHS and Maddox Williams, (the 3-year-old Maine child who was killed by his mother), and how the system doesn’t work.

Segment 13:  Jon Decker (White House Correspondent for Gray Television) joins Ray and they talk about the fight for Speaker of the House.

Segment 14:  Ray takes calls about the DHHS history and the need to hire more people and more training.

Segment 15:  Ray takes calls.
