Segments 1-2: Ray Richardson starts off by announcing the rules of polite callers.
Segments 3-4: Bob Witkowski joins Ray and Dee Dee by phone. They talk about Junction Bowl and Kenny Cianchette bartending from 7-9 tonight, today’s Maine weather, Mardi Gras kick-off on 2/21 with Fat Tuesday, the 56 Mardi Gras parades, and politicians.
Segments 5-6: Jo Freedman, Mental Health Liaison for the Westbrook Police Department. Ray describes how they met and they discuss her job and family. They discuss addiction causes and effects, brain functions, traumatic events, multi-pronged solutions, and more.
Segments 7-8: Ray and Jo continue their discussions about the band-aids that cover up the trauma of life. The effects of not properly dealing with those traumas can lead to addiction, anxiety, and mental illnesses.
