Segment 1: Ray Richardson has an eye-opening monologue this morning about the checks that were sent out and whether or not they will be classified as taxable according to the IRS. Ray wants to know why this wasn’t acknowledged and addressed before they sent them out.
Segment 3: Gunny Mike joins Ray and they discuss the balloons that have been flying over our country.

Segment 5: Ray is joined by Mike Shepherd (Political Editor for the Bangor Daily News) and they chat about the refund/relief checks sent out by Gov. Mills, the IRS debacle, and the lack of due diligence.
Segment 6: Ray corrects the White House phone number 202-456-1111.
Segments 7-8: Steve DiMillo (Owner of DiMillo’s Floating Restaurant in Portland Maine) joins Ray to chat about the business climate in Portland.
