Segment 1: Ray Richardson is joined by Dr. Michael Ciampi of Ciampi Family Practice. They discuss the Biden rule set to take effect that will force good-credit home buyers to pay more for their mortgages to subsidize loans to higher-risk borrowers. Borrowers with a credit score of about 680 would pay around $40 more per month on a $400,000 mortgage under rules from the Federal Housing Finance Agency that go into effect May 1, costs that will help subsidize people with lower credit ratings also looking for a mortgage.
Segment 2: The boys talk about
Segments 3-4: Bob Witkowski joins the boys. They talk about Rep. Hakeem Jeffries’ comments about providing reparations to the descendants of slaves, the history of Portland’s division, and more.
Segments 5-6: The conversation continues about the State of Maine during the Covid pandemic, Gov. Mills’ control, the tax rolls, Maine’s population, Mills’ budget, and more.
Segments 7-8: Doc reads a quote from Mark Twain. J. Christian Adams (President of the Public Interest Legal Foundation) joins the boys to discuss the court case against Maine’s restrictions on the use of voter roll data are real obstacles to achieving Congress’s intent for transparency under the NVRA and that Gov. Mills’ lost in court and is now appealing the decision.
Segments 9-10: Ray talks about Rep. Elissa Slotkin (D-Michigan) signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to discuss confidentially a Chinese battery company’s planned plant. Phil Spiller joins Ray to remind us about the Westbrook Gorham Rotary Club‘s Pizza People’s Choice event tonight from 4:30 – 7 pm at the Westbrook Community Center (426 Bridge Street, Westbrook). They also chat about learning about parents.
Segment 11: Maine Rep. Matt Harrington joins Ray to talk about the government subsidies for solar power, electricity costs, and government relief.
Segment 12: Ray is dumbfounded by a bill to subsidize electric bikes put forward by Maine Sen. Mattie Daughtry. He takes a couple of calls.
Segment 13: Ray believes that the growth of Maine’s government is truly immoral

Segment 15-16: Ray talks about how Mainers are hurting and yet the multitude of taxes that Maine residents has heaped on them from the Maine Legislature. He takes calls.
