Segment 1: Ray Richardson talks about the meeting between Speaker McCarthy and President Biden about the Debt Ceiling, insensitive people, Gov. Janet Mills’ spending habits, and more.
Segment 2: Ray plays a clip from Smokey and the Bandit and then makes a few more comments about Mills’ spending.
Segments 3-4: Steve Abbott (US Sen. Susan Collins’ Chief of Staff) joins Ray and Dee Dee. They discuss the upcoming guests, the G7 talks, the atom bomb, Ray’s Sam Adams statue gift from Chris Black of Nappi Distributors, the Debt Ceiling talks, immigration, the southern border, E-Verify, and more.
Segment 5: Andrew Piantidosi joins Ray and Steve in the conversation about the immigration/asylum seekers/refugee problem, and more.
Segment 6: Ray reads a question to Andrew who responds.
Segments 7-8: Ray asks Steve about Presidential Candidate Tim Scott. They talk about other candidates that have given hope to Americans including Jimmy Carter. They also talk about what will be the catalyst for people getting involved in the elections. Trump is also part of the discussion. Ray mentions They talk about the FREE No B.S. Segment 9: Steve talks about Sen. Susan Collins’ experiences from growing up in the “County” and how it shaped her. They also talk about how to get along even when you don’t agree on every aspect of a solution to a problem and how we as a country get back to that comradery.
Segments 11-12: Andrew and Ray discuss some of the Presidential hopefuls, the money that has come into the state of Maine that Gov. Mills’ has been on spending drunk since the Covid money was available, and taking credit for her being fiscally responsible.
Segment 13: Ray and Andrew take calls.
Segment 14: Ray urges the Maine Lobstermen to hang in there. More and more news organizations are getting the story out.
Segments 15-16: Ray, Dee Dee, and Andrew discuss the possibility of her teaching Andrew’s wife, once upon a time. The discussion turns to Maine’s future. They take calls.
