Segment 1: Ray and Dee Dee Richardson discuss some of the happenings in Maine including the Don Campbell Band’s Flotilla and Discover Downtown Westbrook‘s concert series. Ray gets down to business and gets in to politics and goes from President Trump to the Maine Family Paid Act.

Segments 9-10: Bill shares an update in the case of Sylus Melvin’s death in August 2021. Sylus died of blunt force trauma on several parts of his body, including fractured bones and hemorrhaging in his head and stomach. Reginald Melvin, of Milo, was originally charged with depraved indifference murder in connection with the death of his son, Sylus Melvin, in August 2021. Melvin’s trial was expected to begin on Thursday, but he pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter. The boys continue to discuss the DHHS system in Maine. Segment 11: AARP Maine‘s Fraud Fighter Phil Chin and Ray discuss the Hawaii fires in Maui and how people are using this and other tragedies as an enticement to tug at your heartstrings to give your money. He urges people to do your homework before you give your credit card to an organization. Red Cross is always a safe bet. He also points out the there are people using the death of a loved one and AI (Artificial Intelligence) to get your information. Phil shares a personal plug for a play that he and Karyn Diamond are performing in, Love & Lobsters, by John Linscott, is on stage at the Freeport Performing Arts Center!
