Segments 1-2: Ray Richardson talks about the New York ruling that Trump committed fraud while building his real estate empire. The ruling comes after New York Attorney General Letitia James accused Trump of overvaluing his assets. Todd Piro (Co-Host Fox and Friends First and Fox News Channel) discuss whether it was a legitimate charge or a misdirection because of a new Hunter Biden charge.
Segment 3: David Jones (FO Bailey Real Estate) joins Ray and Dee Dee. Ray plays a clip and then he and David reminisce about baseball and baseball players sparked by the passing of Brooks Robinson. They take a couple of calls.

Segments 9-10: Ray, Brian, and David talk about some of the work that Brian has been doing since the Radiothon and some of the projects he is working on now, why Veterans Forward is so important to helping get them back on their feet. Brian mentions of his team which are boots on the ground, the connections with military organizations, and announces a fundraiser to assist a veteran in Fort Kent that needs a new roof. They are having their annual Hot Rods and Heroes Event at Bill Dodge Auto Group in Westbrook on Saturday October 21st from 10am to 3pm (rain date October 28th). Segment 11: Ray talks about Travis Mills and the 15 minute segment that he has up for bid to for the Travis Mills Foundation. Alf Anderson (AARP Maine‘s Associate State Director for Advocacy and Outreach) joins Ray to announce an online forum on Maine’s Question 3 (An Act to Create the Pine Tree Power Company, a Nonprofit, Customer-owned Utility. Segment 13: Ray talks about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce jersey sales since Sunday. He takes calls starting with Steve of Westbrook calls in with his opinion on Trump’s civil ruling, the next caller has questions about some of the Referendum Ballot Questions.
