Segment 1: Ray Richardson expresses gratitude and urges more people to live their life in gratitude.
Segment 2: Ray talks about his mama and her parents marriage and how they met. He is amazed at the antisemitism in America.
Segments 3-4: Ray bounces all over between subjects and then Gunny Mike Hall joins Ray and they talk about the Southern Border and demanding more from our elected people.
Segment 5: Joe Bruno (Community Pharmacy), Mike Mercer (F3 Defense) and Mike Shepherd (Political Editor for the Bangor Daily News) join Ray and they talk about Joe’s Achilles tendon injury and some of the athletes that have been affected. The boys tease Ray about his Starbucks. Then they get down to business starting with Pres. Biden’s visit today and the upcoming election, and more.
Segment 7-8: Sophia Pride and Steve DiMillo (Owner of DiMillo’s Floating Restaurant in Portland Maine) shares tonight’s special and they talk about the upcoming election on Tuesday, Portland’s homeless situation, and Cindi Robbins’ Award from Hospitality Maine. Steve shares condolences for Ray’s mama.

Segment 14: Ben’s girls (Sophia Pompeo and Mica Grajales) drops by to share how their field hockey season is going.
Segment 15: Ray thanks the audience again. Ben re-introduces the girls. Mica is an exchange student from Uruguay and she shares what she’s been up to and her plans for the future and so does Sophia. This is a really fun segment.
Segment 16: Tyler Thomas calls in after the shout-out for a husband.
