Segment 1: Ray and Dee Dee Richardson, and Mike Mercer (F3 Defense) talk about the beautiful crisp morning and sleeping in a cold room. They continue with the debates and the lack of respect that Trump shows to his supporters by not showing up and his behavior during the Biden debates.
Segment 2: Ray and Mike talk about John Lennon’s death and music.
Segments 3-4: Gunny Mike joins the boys and they talk about the Camp Lejeune Settlement and how the government takes such good care of our military.
Segments 5-6: The discussion starts with Christmas trees and ornaments. Mike Shepherd (Political Editor for the Bangor Daily News) joins the fun and they talk trees and then Joe Palmieri makes a guest appearance. Then Mike and Ray discuss some of the things that are on the horizon in the Maine Legislature.
Segment 7: Ray plays Kenny Rogers and Home Free’s version of “Go Where I Send Thee” and then welcome John Romac (Volunteer Coordinator at Travis Mills Foundation). Mike, Ray and John discuss some of the incredible volunteers that help make the TMF run so smoothly. Dr. Demi Kouzounas joins the boys. Ray congratulates Mr. Ken Bragg for receiving the Greg Padgett Citizen of the Year Award in Leesburg. Ray and Dee Dee discuss Mr. Bragg and their personal memories of him and his family.
Segment 9: Ray tells the story of Edith Nowels and her quest for her brother, Bud, to be remembered. He was killed at the Battle of the Bulge at the age 26, December 16, 1944 – January 25, 1945.

Segment 11: They discuss the just released Jobs Report, the products that Americans buy from our enemies, American land that is owned by foreign countries, and more.
Segment 12: They talk about the Vice Presidential possibilities.
Segments 13-14: The panel discuss the possibilities to take a picture of a woman with an app would alter the picture to reveal what the woman would look like without clothes. Dee Dee and Demi question where are the woman’s groups speaking out with the things happening to women in sports which ends up with the attacks from Hamas. They take calls.
Segments 15-16: Cheryl from Bath joins the fun. Ray strolls down memory lane with the long list of people attacking America for decades, the lost art of communication and not working across the aisle, common courtesy, the people that support Ukraine but not Israel.
