Segment 1: Ray Richardson starts with the emergency workers on Warren Avenue on the Westbrook side of Riverside. He moves on to the Democrat Fundraiser held on the same day as the Fallen Police Officer’s funeral and the difference between a traditional Democrat and an elected Democrat. Ray also talks about the chance meeting of a listener that served at in the 133rd while grabbing a sandwich at George and Leon’s in Westbrook.
Segment 2: Ray talks about Gov. Mills spending the Covid Relief Fund and not having to cut programs because the one-time money ran out.
Segment 3: Ray talks about the Maine Republican Convention, he talks about some of the candidates that are running in the 1st and 2nd Congressional Districts, how Ray schedules guests.
Segment 4: Ray talks about William Daniels and an episode of Boy Meets World.
Segment 5: Ray plays the clip that he was talking about in the previous segment of Boy Meets World. Mike Mercer (F3 Defense), and Mike Shepherd (Political Editor for the Bangor Daily News) join Ray and they continue to discuss the lack of thirst for knowledge. Mike talks about some of the Maine bills that are pending, the Governor’s Supplemental Budget, LD 227, Mike explains the Nurses to Patient Ratio Bill, the Congressional Candidates and endorsements in CD2.
Segment 6: Ray responds to a text from John.
Segments 7-8: Ray, Mike, and Dee Dee discuss Ray’s extremism in everything he does, Steve DiMillo (DiMillo’s Floating Restaurant in Portland Maine) the boys and they talk about Pat’s Meat Market, what is a “dooryard”, the chef and her staff, the delicious menu, and they delve into some of the politics that affect him.
Segment 9: Sen. Susan Collins joins by phone to share memories of Sen. Joe Lieberman (former Connecticut senator, 2000 vice presidential nominee). Cumberland County Sheriff Kevin Joyce (https://www.cumberlandso.org) joins the panel and thanks Sen. Collins for all of their support and the funding for some much needed equipment.
Segment 10: Ray gives a quick preview.
Segments 11-12: Sheriff Joyce and Ray talk about Rev. Jeff. Mike and Sheriff Joyce talk about the employment problems law enforcement is having, fireworks and how they sound like a gun shot, how the government has villainized law enforcement, the difference between who can break the law and who can’t, they discuss the push to Nationalized Police Force and changes to laws without law enforcement input, the Lewiston Tragedy and how they were stuck between the Constitution and legislative roadblocks.
Segment 13: Ray starts with a shout to the lobstermen in Maine and says that the case against The Virginia Offshore Wind project should offer hope to Mainers. They go back to law enforcement, Constitutional rights, and the legislative roadblocks that are constantly being put up. Demi has to leave and shares where she is headed.
Segment 14: Sheriff Joyce and Ray talk about last Good Friday with Rev. Jeff. Mike and Sheriff reminisce about being on patrol.
Segments 15-16: Ray and Mike talk about Easter, Eastpoint’s 4 services starting on Sat. March 30th at 6pm (*no children’s programming at this service), and March 31st at 8:00, 9:45 (*ASL at the 9:45 service), and 11:45am. Mike shares his Faith Journey, Ray and Mike talk about what happened on Good Friday and Easter. Ray share his Faith.
