Segment 1: Ray Richardson shares some of the crazy things coming out of Minnesota including the legislation seeking to normalize Pedophilia as a Sexual Orientation proposed by a transgender.
Segment 2: Ray talks about Dylan Mulvaney and the advertising obsession with a man acting like a 14-year-old girl as a spokesman instead of a real hero or someone with courage.
Segment 3: Joe Bruno joins Ray and they catch up for a minute. Gunny Mike also joins and they discuss Proterra which makes technology for electric vehicles. This is a key piece of the Biden administration’s energy and climate change plans and Department of Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm’s promise to require the U.S. military to implement an all-electric vehicle fleet by 2030.
Segment 4: Ray and Joe talk about the press conference with the reporter being told what the question would be, Biden not taking part in any debate, and more.
Segments 5-6: Shawn Moody (Moody’s Collision) and Mike Shepherd (Political Editor for the Bangor Daily News) join Ray. Segments 7: In this FO Bailey Real Estate segment, David Jones and Ray discuss the Biden rule set to take effect that will force good-credit home buyers to pay more for their mortgages to subsidize loans to higher-risk borrowers. Borrowers with a credit score of about 680 would pay around $40 more per month on a $400,000 mortgage under rules from the Federal Housing Finance Agency that go into effect May 1, costs that will help subsidize people with lower credit ratings also looking for a mortgage.
