Segment 1:  Ray Richardson is joined by Dr. Michael Ciampi of Ciampi Family Practice. Ray starts the show with a clip of Senator Chuck Schumer threatening a couple of Superior Judges. He reads from the Washington Post and talks about the bill sitting in the house to expand the protection of Supreme Justices to their families and the man that was arrested near Judge Kavanaugh. They talk about society, American values, and more.


Segment 2:  Ray talks about a Wallet Hub’s survey.

Segments 3-4:  Bob Witkowski joins the boys to talk about the downgrading behavior of Americans, the difference one person can make, and more.

Segment 5:  Ray and Doc talk about insurance and a company that Doc endorses, Taro Health.

Segment 6:  The boys talk about drugs and Adderall.

Segment 7:  Dave Ciullo the conversation starts with the squatter’s rights versus the homeowner/business, wages, work satisfaction, and more.

Segment 8:  Doc has to leave to go to work, but they briefly talk about how to find a subscription-based practice. The New England Direct Primary Care Alliance (NEDPCA.org) is a collaborative network of independent physicians, professionals, and advocates.

Segments 9-10:  Ray takes calls about how to get rid of squatters, Larry calls in very frustrated, Ray talks about racism and double standards, Superintendent of Portland Schools Xavier Botana, and more.

Segments 11-12:  Ray talks about the double standard using Sen. Chuck Schumer’s words threatening a couple of the Supreme Court Justices. He takes calls.

Segments 13-14:  Ray talks more about the Sea Dogs Game and the band American Ride. He talks about the protesters outside of the home of Supreme Court Judge Kavanaugh’s home and plays clips from a Judge and Schumer’s clip. He takes calls.

Segment 15:  Ray talks about the plan that Maine’s Governor Mills has for our state including abortion and stripping more of your rights. He takes some calls.

Segment 16:  Ray talks about gun rights.

Segment 1:  Ray Richardson and Derek Gause talk about taking care of your body, sleep, exercise, Mike Mercer, and more.


Segment 2:  Ray plays and comments on the video that the State of Maine had on their Department of Education website and they pulled it after it was used in a commercial.

Segments 3-4:  Ray addresses a text message that he received about the last segment and says Ray is just baiting for a confrontation. David Jones and Gunny Mike Hall join the conversation about the video and the Jan. 6 riots.

Segments 5-6:  Ray reads a prayer that was sent in. Rich Cebra calls in and asks “who do we trust” which leads to an in-depth conversation. Bill of Casco also calls in.  Ray asks “What are we teaching our kids?”

Segments 7-8:  Dr. Demi Kouzounas joins the boys to talk about some of the sex identities that people are claiming, pronouns, and little kids. People should be able to do whatever they want to do behind closed doors and that’s where it should stay.

Segments 9-10:  They talk about personal rights and mask mandates, personal liberty, and more. They take a call from Scott.

Segment 11:  Ray talks about Falmouth School Board Candidate’s show called “Sara Juli’s Tense Vagina.” Demi pleads with everyone to do their homework before they place their vote. She explains who Ray was talking about and her philosophy, and the agenda she is bringing to the Falmouth School Board.

Segment 12:  Ray and Demi talk about David and Derek having to leave and QC Kinetics.

Segment 13:  Demi and Ray continue to discuss the Falmouth school board candidate and the importance to know who you are voting for and that they share your values. They take a call, and then they get into the 2nd Amendment, mass shootings, mental illness, and more. They take another call.

Segment 14:  Ray talks about the character of a person including President Biden and VP Kamala Harris.

Segments 15-16:  Ray and Demi talk about the Texas shooting and mental illness, our economy, unemployed, inflation, and recession. They take calls beginning with Tony about common sense regarding guns and D-Day. They also talk about D-Day veteran Charles Shay, a 98-year-old Penobscot Native American, and what a lost opportunity to teach about a Maine hero.

Segment 1:  Ray Richardson talks about so many things starting with the events of this weekend, including our trip to the grocery store, trends in America, and his plans if the far left wins over the traditionalists, and Gov. Mills.


Segments 3-4:  Gunny Mike calls in and they talk about D-Day and the movie “Saving Private Ryan” and more.

Segments 5-6:  Vern Dukes, The Trucker of Truth, join Ray and he brought some yummy goodness, ox tail. Vern shares what he did this weekend and the need for employees, customer service, weapons, guns, suicide, drug overdoses, etc.

Segments 7-8:  Ray and Vern talk about the problems that truckers are having on the road between the traffic, not following the road signs, hours sitting at the platform waiting for their truck to be loaded, and more.

Segment 9:  Ray and Vern continue to joke about Biden and his roots not really being from Scranton, Maine Rep. Joshua Morris (R-Turner) joins the conversation and they talk about the mental health crisis in Maine and in our nation, family dynamics, and more.

Segment 11:  Ray and Vern continue to talk about Maine’s feel-good politics, and more.

Segment 12:  Ray plays more of the interviews with the D-Day survivors from the A & E Documentary.

Segment 13:  Vern says that there the elderly are a wealth of information and are a national treasure. He says that the Asian culture is to honor the elderly and they play another clip after taking a call.

Segment 14:  Ray and Vern talk about America and how it is fragile and needs to be protected, not only from the outside forces, but the ones on the inside of our borders. They take a call from Ft. Meyers Florida.

Segment 15:  Ray starts off with another clip of a WWII veteran from D-Day and then they talk about the brave men and women that have sacrificed for our freedom, the people streaming into America, and they take calls.

Segment 16:  Ray plays some more of the D-Day special.

Segments 1-2:  Ray Richardson talks about Florida Congressman Greg Steube appearing by video conference from his Florida home and displaying his gun and Sheila Jackson Lee’s overreaction. He brings up the show Yellowstone on Paramount and how relevant it is to what America is going through right now, the shooting in Tulsa not having any political teeth, and President Biden


Segment 3:  Gunny Mike Hall joins Ray and they discuss President Biden’s comment about the 2nd Amendment not being absolute, and what constitutes an assault weapon.

Segment 4:  Ray plays some music. Previews upcoming guests and explains what ESG stands for and what it is (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance).

Segments 5-6:  Mike Shepherd, Political Editor for the Bangor Daily News, and Ray discuss the Celtics game last night, the upcoming election cycle, and candidates.

Segments 7-8: Steve DiMillo, of DiMillo’s Floating Restaurant in Portland Maine, joins Ray and they talk about the prime rib offered on Friday and Saturday before they get into the politics of Maine, food costs, socialist Portland politics, and more.

Segment 9:  Ray talks about the Democrats and their long list and history of lies and improprieties from President Biden’s 50-year career, Congressman Swalwell’s high-security clearance while dating a Chinese Spy, and more examples.

Segment 10:  Ray explains what ESG is again and why it is so bad and punishing.

Segments 11-12:  Ray plays “My Old Kentucky Home” for his next guest, Kentucky State Treasurer Allison Ball. They discuss ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance), An ESG score is a measurement of a company’s level of sustainability, and other things that Allison has done to benefit the citizens of Kentucky.

Segments 13-14:  Ray talks more about Honor Flight Maine and the remote tomorrow morning at Rowe Ford from 10 am-1 pm. He takes a call.
