Segments 1-2: Ray Richardson starts the day by thanking all the people who supported the Veterans Forward Radiothon yesterday, not just the sponsors and gave generously, but also everyone behind the scenes. He shifts gears back to politics and goes after the Press Herald for their editorial going after F3 Defense and Mike Mercer. Mike won the Innovator of the Year award from the Manufacturers Association of Maine, recognizing F3 Defense for their life-saving Mobile Pepper Spray Deployment Systems. Ray also explains the biased history of the press herald and other media.
Segment 3: Ray talks about the Maine Department of Education. Gunny Mike calls in and they chat about Joe Regan, formerly with Vets Count. They discuss what he has been up to since Vets Count. They get into Title 42 and the Southern Border.
Segment 4: Ray previews his next guest and talks about what are some of the alternatives to public school.
Segments 5-6: Ray welcomes Mike Shepherd, Political Editor for the Bangor Daily News, They discuss the video that was taken down from the DOE website.
Segments 7-8: Steve DiMillo, of DiMillo’s Floating Restaurant in Portland Maine, joins Ray. Ray thanks him for the wonderful afternoon with a mini-class reunion. Then, they talk about food and the history of Portland’s Old Port.
Segment 9: Val Gunn, is in the house. She is seeking to be elected to a seat on her School Board in York County. She mentions a couple of other people that are also running and why they need to be supported.
Segment 10: Ray talks more about the public school system and the Public Sector Unions.
Segments 11-12: Ray takes calls.
Segment 13: Linda Murray joins Ray. They talk about her winning on the long shot from the Derby.
Segment 14: Ray continues with the horse talk with a caller.
Segments 15-16: Ray talks about Redbank and the price gouging, capitalism, and more and then takes calls.
