Part 3:  Mike Shepherd, Political Editor for the Bangor Daily News, joins Ray to talk about the Energy, Utilities and Technology Committee, Central Maine Power, and more.

Part 4:  Ray talks about the Georgia governor’s race showdown between incumbent Kemp and former Sen. Perdue and how ugly it is getting. He also warns that that ugliness will be coming to Maine.
