He has written Op-ed columns in major newspapers for more than 35 years. Part 5: Ray reminds people about the Veteran Golf Tournament to benefit The Travis Mills Foundation and all of their great work. Dr. Robbin Frost (207-632-4558) joins Ray to express her frustration in the Windham Raymond School Board to mandate masks for the students without exceptions. They stress that the mandate doesn’t take into account people that can’t wear them for health reasons. Dr. Robin gives her professional opinion about the cloth masks that are required.
