Ray lays it all out and ties the government to how they knew he was an innocent man and killed him anyway. They also discuss chipping/marking people and brings that back to the Bible.

Part 4:  Ray talks about Dave Ramsey’s kick about the importance of long term care to set up his guest Chris White of Casco Bay Insurance Associates to confirm Ray’s point of nursing homes closing because the money from the government from subsidizing is not reliable.
