Ray and the boys continue their discussion for a little bit about different genetic makeups and how Covid resonates in the body. They welcome Sen. They talk about the businesses having a problem getting employees because a lot of states have given more money as unemployment than some made as employed. Joe expresses one of his problems he has seen with credit lines because of a decrease in revenue. They talk about her Wayne Parry commercial and Sara Gideon’s lies and the Senator talks about the horrible ads against her. They talk about where all of Sara’s money is coming from and The Lincoln Project. She is so offended by that ad and explains why.

Part 4: Ray and David Ciullo of Career Management Associates, Dave also hosts The H.R. PowerHour on WLOB Radio on Saturdays at 10am, discuss some of the hardships that employers/employees. Businesses need employees and can’t find them. This is a very weird time during this pandemic. Tourism is way down, how do people handle the anxiety of when someone says they don’t feel well. They talk about the health records that have changed and the need for daily requirements and to keep them confidential. Part 3: Ray has received several messages about the previous conversation on the encampments which leads to a discussion about all of the money that is sent to Augusta, roads, excise tax, mental illness, resources, rehabs. Mike calls in to join the conversation.
Part 4: The boys talk about the City Hall in Portland as an example of not taking care of the people that need to be helped even though there is money thrown at the mental illness and opioid problems at the state level. They take several calls on the subject.
