Part 1: Ray talks about fair and balanced. Truth verses Propaganda. People have been conditioned to the leftist news media outlets and how they hate talk radio and the freedom of truth. He talks about the Medal of Honor Award given to Rush Limbaugh for his contribution for being the Godfather of talk radio. He brings up the childish behavior Nancy Pelosi produced when she ripped her copy of the State of the Union Address after the speech.
Part 2: Ray plays another clip from last nights State of the Union Address and gives Rich Ringenbak a shout out for coming in and making sure everyone could hear it over our WLOB Radio. He continues with Trump not saying that all of the accomplishments made were done in partnership with Americans. He used the words “we” and “us”, not “I” through out the speech.
Part 3: Ray plays another clip from the State of the Union Address with the President saying some of the achievements that he had achieved. Ray and David talk about Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s behavior of tearing up her copy of the speech and comments afterward.
Part 4: Ray and David welcome Cumberland County District Attorney Jonathan Sahrbeck. Ray plays a clip of President Trump recognizing the problem of human trafficking. They talk about some of the people that have worked to change the way people view prostitution and bring awareness to this problem. They talk about Dee Clarke, Steve Webster, Auburn Police Chief Phil Crowell, Former Portland Police Chief, now Commissioner of the Maine Department of Public Safety, Michael Sauschuck were discussed and their hard work to change the narrative.
Part 5: Ray, Jonathan and David continue with their discussion on human trafficking. Ray ask Jonathan a question from Bob of K’bunk about how movies like Pretty Woman affect the perspective of people. Jonathan says it glamorizes and not so pretty industry. The people that are being trafficked don’t have a choice and are trying to survive because they don’t have a choice. He stresses for anyone to put their mom, wife, sister or daughter or even granddaughter in that situation. He says that if the money were to stop coming in (Johns) the need would dry up.
Part 6: Ray and David talk Real Estate in the FO Bailey Real Estate Segments. David starts off with an announcement of 2 new locations opening. One on Munjoy Hill in Portland and the other in Biddeford. He is looking for agents that would like to join historical company. They talk about some of his current agents and their successes.

Part 8: Ray and David welcome Liz Harrington by phone to get her reactions and thoughts about last nights State of the Union Address and the shenanigans that the Democrats were pulling to make it all about them. Trump made his speech about the work that Americans building up and making America Great. He made sure he said that it was “we”, “us” and that he didn’t do it by himself. Liz also brought up the Iowa Caucus and the fact that the Democrats could even run that correct. Ray stresses that the Democrats hate him because he has labeled them instead of them being able to disable him. Liz lists off some of the stats that have been raised, unemployed, welfare and the truth about why they have decreased. Ray says that if you don’t stand up with the good news of the prosperity of our country or for some of the other great things that are happening, you are disrespecting the President, but the American People. Ray points to when President Obama was heckled by a Republican Congress Member during his speech, the media was all over him like white on rice. Where is the outrage for how President Trump was treated. Double standard/Hypocrisy is thriving in the media and with the Democrats.
Part 9: Ray and David welcome Japhet “Jay” Els of the AARP Maine. They had been talking about scallops during the break and David finishes his thoughts about scallops with where he got them. Louie’s Grill on Main Street in Cumberland Maine. Ray says that the audience has sent their congratulations to Jay on his engagement. They talk about broadband and how important it is to keep Mainers safe. Jay gives several examples of how our communities function and we haven’t made an investment in the broadband infrastructure for 17 years. Ray explains about the three ring binder program. Jay talks about what is making it a difficult process.
Part 10: Jay and Ray talk about Maine’s LD 594. This bill will focus on how to improve retirement security for Mainers and what that means for small business owners.
