Part 1:  Ray is all over the place. He starts off dripping with sarcasms about Iran’s “arrests” for the plane downing. He talks about all kinds of things including bathroom labels, and he epitomizes the downfall of our society with the production and marketing of male menstrual cycle products. He continues with why this is just a symptom.


Part 2:  Ray briefly talks about the text messages that he received about his first segment.

Part 3:  Ray reads a press release from Mark Geist that lived through the attack on Benghazi and states because of President Trump’s quick reaction in Baghdad, there wasn’t a repeat of Benghazi. Retired United States Marine and Benghazi annex team member Mark Geist says Iran deserves the full force of US military. Ray welcomes Col. Deo Lauria in studio. They talk about the impeachment process that is happening in Washington. The Col. can’t understand what people are saying and thinking. The boys talk about how biased the media is and he compares Gov. LePage and his administration to Pres. Trump’s administration. Ray points out that Gov. Mills is reaping the benefit Governor LePage financial gains. The Col. talks about the crazy things that the administration of women want to make prostitution legal and raising gas tax so high.

Part 4: Ray reintroduces Col. Lauria and gives a quick line of of today’s show.

Part 5:  Ray reads a part of his book, Truth About Trump: a supporter’s perspective, about differences between Obama and Trump and their regulations/de-regulations. The boys discuss how socialism works and how government is not the answer.

Part 6: The boys welcome Maine Republican Chair Demi Kouzounas. Ray played the song “You’re so vain” and dedicated it to Congress.

Part 7:  Ray, Demi and Col. Lauria welcome Former Congressman Bruce Poliquin by phone. Ray starts off with the welcome that President and First Lady Trump received at last night’s College Football Championship Game. They talk about the prosperity that citizens are enjoying as the reason Trump is so loved. They also talk about the refugees. Gov. Mills sent a letter to Washington to say that Maine will gladly take more refugees.  Ray asks Bruce about his thoughts on the Gov. putting non-citizens before our own. Bruce brings up the really large gas tax that will be coming down the pike. Bruce also tells us where the money from this tax will be used, by the way…not the roads. They talk about rural vs urban. The panel talk about the way California does business and run elections. Bruce stresses that all actions have a consequence. There is an election every year, we need to remember what is happening now and vote them out.

Part 8:  Liz Harrington, National Spokesperson for the Republican National Committee, join Ray, Col. Lauria and Demi by phone. Ray teases by playing Nobody does it better for Liz. They talk about de-regulations. Ray reads more from his book about generic drug prices. Liz also points out that the Democratic Party blamed President Trump for the events in Baghdad and Iran before the truth has even come out. The panel chat about the difference of being strong and drawing a line and the sand and not allowing them to cross it to the last 40 years of just letting things going and not standing up to terrorist.

Part 1:  Ray reviews the news of the weekend. He talks about the controversy of the plane that was down with 179 passengers. The media and some in office were so quick to blame President Trump, when in fact it was Iran who shot it down and they have even said that they did it, but somehow it is still Trump’s fault.


Part 2:  Ray plays a clip from US Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) where he lays out the truth about how some of the people in Congress are more concerned with the fact that the President ordered a surgical military strike on a long known terrorist than they are proud to have a strong and decisive President.

Part 3:  Today’s Maine History Lesson:  Harriet Elisabeth Beecher Stowe (June 14, 1811 – July 1, 1896) was an American abolitionist and author. She came from the Beecher family, a famous religious family, and is best known for her novel Uncle Tom’s Cabin (1852), which depicts the harsh conditions for enslaved African Americans. The book reached millions as a novel and play, and became influential in the United States and Great Britain, energizing anti-slavery forces in the American North, while provoking widespread anger in the South. Stowe wrote 30 books, including novels, three travel memoirs, and collections of articles and letters. She was influential for both her writings and her public stances and debates on social issues of the day. To learn more click here.

Part 4:  Ray plays a clip from Meet the Press with host Chuck Todd and Ambassador Robert O’Brien. (The clip starts at about 4:05) Ray plays this clip and comments to show the bias nature of Chuck Todd who is not only the host, but also is the Political Director for NBC News.

Part 5:  Ray gives a shout out to Joe Bruno and Community Pharmacy. Ray talks about the Gorham branch and how great Chris (the pharmacist) was to work with helping us navigate the healthcare system. He shifts gears to the Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Oilers game and how crazy it was to watch. Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz gave a scathing report about all of the misdeeds. He revealed that there were 17 inaccuracies and omissions in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant applications and yet David Kris, a highly controversial former DOJ official, was just appointed by the FISA Court to oversee reforms to the FBI’s surveillance. Basically the former DOJ official.

Part 6:  Ray talks about the Constitution and ‘s understanding of what is actually in the Constitution that she is wrapping herself in and that she doesn’t actually know that she doesn’t have the power over the Senate. Ray also explains the truth about the impeachment process.

Part 7:  Ray plays another clip from Speaker Pelosi is very “concerned” about truth. Ray talks about some of the characters in this long drawn out play. He also points out that the bottom line they just are out to get Trump out of office. Ray takes a call from Larry. Larry tells us exactly how he feels about some of the elected folks in Washington. They talk about the feud between President Trump and Sen. Jerry Nadler.

Part 8:  Ray reads a text about his comment that if you don’t vote for Sen. Collins, then you aren’t smart enough to vote. He goes into depth about what he meant by that statement.

Part 9:  Ray thanks all of his audience and callers. He also thanks the people who contribute to Richardson Magazine. Ray talks about how being compassionate and having empathy for someone that is questioning or unsure of anything. He brings it up because of the Skowhegan school board meeting that erupted over biased speech on gender-neutral bathrooms. LGBTQ+ support group’s dismay at the response. He talks about the re-defining of words and that this isn’t the first time that Skowhegan has caved on the social culture of the moment.

Part 10:  Ray gives a quick lineup of tomorrow’s show and talks about the Governor Mills’ statement that we can take on more refugees. Ray tells us some of the states that have already said that they can’t handle anymore and wonders how Gov. Mills is planning on pay for them.

Part 1:  Ray welcomes to Joe Bruno of Community Pharmacy. Joe has a long history in Maine Politics. They talk about the crazy United States Speaker of the House and her newest mission to undermine the President. This leads to a discussion about the plane that was shot down and why someone would be in that area of the world in the first place.


Part 2:  Joe and Ray discuss the weather including the melting of the glaciers by 2020.

Part 3:  Ray and Joe talk about a question from Bob of K’bunk about the statement that Joe said earlier.

Part 4:  Joe Unleashed:  He lets us know about the letter that Maine’s Legislative Leaders Troy Jackson and Sara Gideon sent to one of the largest companies (Bath Iron Works) in Maine a letter without the Governors’ knowledge to inform them that they might loose their tax break because they are not meeting their goals. Joe brings up the prescription drug prices. He explains that the reason cancer death rates are going down because generic pricing is much lower than name brand drugs. However, if you are on the State of Maine’s healthcare plan, they don’t cover generic, only name brand. He also brings up property tax relief and the $100 check that we are suppose to be getting in our mailbox today. Joe expands his thoughts on this train of thought. Ray goes back to the prescription verses generic drug with a question. The boys take a call from Bill of Casco….he shares his wisdom with us.  Bill asks about law enforcement vehicles having two wheel drives.

Part 5:  Ray plays a clip of US Speaker of the House Pelosi back when the Obama was President which leads to a discussion between the boys.

Part 6:  Ray relays a question from Bob the Sage of K’bunk about the difference between generic verses brand name drugs. Ray and Joe get into why the State of Maine is profiting on the sickness of Mainers.

Part 7:  Ray and Joe discuss Rowe Auto Group. Joe has been working with them and has been enjoying their help. Ray goes back to questioning the Speaker Pelosi’s true patriotism. He gives the history of Iran’s past attacks on America and Americans. Joe says that the Iranian people are nothing but cowards. The boys discuss the long history between our countries. Ray, Joe and Dee Dee discuss the people that thinks that we shouldn’t have killed the terrorist.

Part 8:  Ray talks about his son-in-law and him trying to pay him off to change his name to Richardson, he wouldn’t be bought. This leads to Joe and Ray talking about Ray trying to be kinder in the new year and how that is working. Joe says he is trying, but it isn’t working so well for him. The boys talk about the succession of people to power.

Part 9:  Ray and Joe talk about the Jobs Report and the status of the American economy. They wonder why the Mills’ Administration and Legislature doesn’t use the plan that Trump has been using because it is working. Joe talks about some of the other states that have been doing well and what was their blueprint. The boys take a call about the report and true Mainers. They talk about 401K and other investments that Mainers should be taking advantage of.

Part 10:  Ray and Joe talk about how beautiful the State of Maine is and how sad it is that the Governor and the Maine Legislature has such a choke-hold on the small business people of Maine and are over regulating them.

Part 1:  Ray starts out with President Trump’s vehement statement that he will never allow Iran to have nuclear weapons. He continues to with his confusion on American Patriotism. He wants to know why US Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has decided as rockets are still being fired to tie the President’s hands to wage war with Iran.


Part 2:  Ray and Bob Witkowski of Visit Portland discuss football. Bob is an avid New Orleans Saints fan and Ray offered his condolences to their loss. They talk about the playoff games coming up and then touch on the Super Bowl.

Part 3:  Ray re-introduces Bob and JJ Jeffrey. JJ comes back with a comment about PT’s sign. This leads to a discussion about strip clubs in general.

Part 4:  Ray plays a clip from the Golden Globes and how Ricky Gervais made fun of the Hollywood crowd on their hypocrisy. Ray then reads a story from the Chicago Tribune about Cook County judge has ordered Google to turn over Jussie Smollett’s emails, photos, location data and private messages for an entire year as part of the special prosecutor’s investigation into the purported attack on the actor. Ray and Bob discuss the case that began the whole thing. This leads into a discussion about The University of Southern Maine’s decision to stand by their decision to display an art exhibit that includes a desecrated Bible. The artwork, called “Unholy Bible: Very Revised Standard Edition,” also depicts the head of Jesus Christ covered with a Satanic image.

Part 5:  Ray reads about the first day of Maine’s Legislature and one of the bills. Gov. Mills states “The Made for Maine Health Coverage Act sets Maine-specific deductibles and copays, offers a Maine solution for small businesses, and creates a marketplace designed to best meet the needs of Maine people,”. Joining the governor were Senate President Troy Jackson and House Speaker Sara Gideon, both Democrats.

Part 6:  Ray and Bob welcome David Ciullo of Career Management Associates. Dave also hosts the HR PowerHour heard here on WLOB Radio. The new year brings in new changes for employers. The minimum wage has increased and there is also a new revised version of seven different Maine state required employee posters. You can find the free downloads for the posters here. Ray brings up the point that this is just accepted as a cost of doing business and it is astounding to him. Bob asks Dave about his projection of 2020. Dave explains that now employers can’t ask any real questions about past or current qualifications so now it will be hard to tell which is the best candidate for your company. Ray brings up the Democrats cry that Trump has no credibility to run the country, based on that premise, people making laws should have to sign the front of a paycheck for understanding.

Part 7:  Ray and Bob start with what a beautiful day and the briefly chat about the weather and movies. Ray goes back to how the Speaker of the House seems to be supporting Iran over the American President. In a previous segment, Ray had said that if this was happening during Hitler’s time, we would be speaking German because they would have given them the keys to the house. Ray states all of the reasons that the “swamp people” hate Trump. The boys talk about the difference between the response of Presidents Obama and Trump.

Part 8:  Ray explains the timeline of this long history with Iran. He says it all started during President Carter’s Administration with the Iran Hostage Crisis. He then heads to President Reagan’s Administration and the Iran-Contra Affair. He fast forwards to President Obama’s Administration and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and the money that was giving to Iran. To President Trump’s Administration with withdrawing from the agreement and the attacks on Americans and American assets.

Part 9:  Ray welcomes Pat Callaghan of News Center Maine by phone. They talk a bit about the Maine Legislature and their plans. Hopefully they will be able to get some of the fundamental needs for a robust economy to include high-speed internet broadband. Not to mention better cell phone coverage along with some of the other aspects that rural Maine would need to be able to work from home.

Part 10:  Ray and Pat talk about how Maine is just one big town. Pat tells a story about Former Maine Gov. Baldacci and his fundraiser for an elderly person who had gotten scammed that he had heard about on News Center Maine. They continue to talk about Baldacci.
