Part 1:  Ray starts out with President Trump’s vehement statement that he will never allow Iran to have nuclear weapons. He continues to with his confusion on American Patriotism. He wants to know why US Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has decided as rockets are still being fired to tie the President’s hands to wage war with Iran.


Part 2:  Ray and Bob Witkowski of Visit Portland discuss football. Bob is an avid New Orleans Saints fan and Ray offered his condolences to their loss. They talk about the playoff games coming up and then touch on the Super Bowl.

Part 3:  Ray re-introduces Bob and JJ Jeffrey. JJ comes back with a comment about PT’s sign. This leads to a discussion about strip clubs in general.

Part 4:  Ray plays a clip from the Golden Globes and how Ricky Gervais made fun of the Hollywood crowd on their hypocrisy. Ray then reads a story from the Chicago Tribune about Cook County judge has ordered Google to turn over Jussie Smollett’s emails, photos, location data and private messages for an entire year as part of the special prosecutor’s investigation into the purported attack on the actor. Ray and Bob discuss the case that began the whole thing. This leads into a discussion about The University of Southern Maine’s decision to stand by their decision to display an art exhibit that includes a desecrated Bible. The artwork, called “Unholy Bible: Very Revised Standard Edition,” also depicts the head of Jesus Christ covered with a Satanic image.

Part 5:  Ray reads about the first day of Maine’s Legislature and one of the bills. Gov. Mills states “The Made for Maine Health Coverage Act sets Maine-specific deductibles and copays, offers a Maine solution for small businesses, and creates a marketplace designed to best meet the needs of Maine people,”. Joining the governor were Senate President Troy Jackson and House Speaker Sara Gideon, both Democrats.

Part 6:  Ray and Bob welcome David Ciullo of Career Management Associates. Dave also hosts the HR PowerHour heard here on WLOB Radio. The new year brings in new changes for employers. The minimum wage has increased and there is also a new revised version of seven different Maine state required employee posters. You can find the free downloads for the posters here. Ray brings up the point that this is just accepted as a cost of doing business and it is astounding to him. Bob asks Dave about his projection of 2020. Dave explains that now employers can’t ask any real questions about past or current qualifications so now it will be hard to tell which is the best candidate for your company. Ray brings up the Democrats cry that Trump has no credibility to run the country, based on that premise, people making laws should have to sign the front of a paycheck for understanding.

Part 7:  Ray and Bob start with what a beautiful day and the briefly chat about the weather and movies. Ray goes back to how the Speaker of the House seems to be supporting Iran over the American President. In a previous segment, Ray had said that if this was happening during Hitler’s time, we would be speaking German because they would have given them the keys to the house. Ray states all of the reasons that the “swamp people” hate Trump. The boys talk about the difference between the response of Presidents Obama and Trump.

Part 8:  Ray explains the timeline of this long history with Iran. He says it all started during President Carter’s Administration with the Iran Hostage Crisis. He then heads to President Reagan’s Administration and the Iran-Contra Affair. He fast forwards to President Obama’s Administration and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and the money that was giving to Iran. To President Trump’s Administration with withdrawing from the agreement and the attacks on Americans and American assets.

Part 9:  Ray welcomes Pat Callaghan of News Center Maine by phone. They talk a bit about the Maine Legislature and their plans. Hopefully they will be able to get some of the fundamental needs for a robust economy to include high-speed internet broadband. Not to mention better cell phone coverage along with some of the other aspects that rural Maine would need to be able to work from home.

Part 10:  Ray and Pat talk about how Maine is just one big town. Pat tells a story about Former Maine Gov. Baldacci and his fundraiser for an elderly person who had gotten scammed that he had heard about on News Center Maine. They continue to talk about Baldacci.

Part 1:  Ray talks about Iran’s missile attack on two Iraqi airbases following the killing of Gen. Qassem Soleimani in a U.S. drone strike last week. He takes a call from Gordon Draper. Ray then goes after the supposed Americans that are upset that we took out the terrorist General even though they attacked out Embassy in Baghdad first. Ray points to Michigan’s Rep. Ilhan Omar and her comments and hopes that they will see the wolf in sheep’s clothing and vote her out.


Part 2:  Ray talks to Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland with her updates of the missile attack and she says that the sun is coming up and the damage will be assessed. She also said that there were missiles that didn’t work. Ray asks her about the escalation of tension between the parties. She says that it will probably depend on American casualties.

Part 3:  Maine’s History Lesson:  John Knowles Paine (January 9, 1839 – April 25, 1906) was the first American-born composer to achieve fame for large-scale orchestral music. The senior member of a group of composers collectively known as the Boston Six, Paine was one of those responsible for the first significant body of concert music by composers from the United States. Part 4:  Fox News Radio’s Simon Owen joins Ray to give a briefing on the missile attack from Iran on the American Base in Iraq. They discuss the ramifications of this escalating into more and whether this was a way for Iran to save face with their own people.

Part 8:  Ray talks about the President of the United States of America, President Obama gave 1.7 Billion dollars in cold hard cash to Iran. He talks about the hostage situation back in President Carter’s administration and the history of the terrorist country of Iran. Ray takes a call from Larry about Former Vice President and Presidential Candidate Joe Biden.

Part 9:  Ray reads the portion of his book, Truth About Trump, about President Reagan’s quote about backing down.

Part 10:  Ray welcomes Lori Parham of AARP Maine. Ray and Lori talk football to start things off. Ray talks about President Lincoln’s team of rivals. They switch to politics and Governor Mills and Speaker Gideon’s plans as they reconvene in Augusta today for this session. Ray asks Lori about her thoughts on Broadband. Ray bring up the CMP Corridor and Lori says that they haven’t put a position out on the Corridor, but wants the best deal made and doesn’t understand why there isn’t better broadband hasn’t happened yet. They discuss the economic and healthcare problems that the lack of technology exasperates.

Part 11:  Ray and Lori Parham of the AARP Maine continue their discussion. Ray lists off some of the bills that the Maine Legislation which is suppose to be a short session. Lori talks about the bills that they will be watching and the volunteers that showed up for the orientation meeting. Ray states that regardless of how people feel about President Trump, people of all walks of life are more engaged and getting involved.

Part 1:  Ray talks about the divided nature of our country. It has become either you are for or hate President Trump. He also talks about civility in words and deeds. Ray talks about the left that have no boundaries, “If you wouldn’t put up with it with someone that you do know, why would you put up with it with someone you don’t know?”


Part 2:  Ray welcomes Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland to discuss some of the things that are happening with the President Trump’s Impeachment process in Washington. They talk about Sen. Mitch McConnell and his wish for a no-witness quick trial. Ray wants a lot of witnesses including the prosecutor  that claims he was fired for investigating Hunter Biden.

Part 3: Today’s History Lesson: Hannibal Hamlin (August 27, 1809 – July 4, 1891) was an American attorney and politician from the state of Maine. In a public service career that spanned over 50 years, he served as the 15th vice president of the United States. The first Republican to hold the office, Hamlin served from 1861 to 1865. Ray feels that his accomplishments are way overshadowed by some of the more contemporary Mainers.

Part 4:  Ray welcomes Maine State Senator Jeff Timberland and Maine Senate Candidate Jennifer White. She is running for Maine State Senate District 25 which represents Falmouth, Yarmouth, Cumberland, Gray, Long Island, Chebeague Island and part of Westbrook. They discuss some of the problems that Maine is facing. They discuss some of the bond packages, Governor Mills’ plans just to mention a few.

Part 5:  Ray and Jennifer discuss why she decided to put her hat in the ring. She talks about the quality of employees and the struggles of small businesses.

Part 6:  Ray, Jeff and Jennifer discuss the struggle of small businesses, mainly the minimum wage. Ray explains why it is called a minimum wage and how it is suppose to work. Jennifer goes into more detail about why $12 isn’t just $12 it is more like $15 to $20 when you include taxes and paid days off and that doesn’t necessarily include any benefits. Jeff uses his own business as an example of some of the paid days off. They talk about a training wage verses minimum wage. Ray says that he doesn’t believe that the people that are now in charge are not sincere. Ray makes an example using Jennifer’s business and how that the new and improved plans will effect her business.

Part 7:  Ray, Dee Dee, Jeff and Jennifer welcome Maine State Republican Party Chair Demi Kouzounas. They go into more of the things that the new ideas that the Maine Legislature what to “protect” Mainers. They talk about the liberal mindset. They seem to be more interested in being hypocritical.

Part 8:  Ray and the panel discuss the hypocrisy of the rich in Hollywood which was started by him playing Madonna. They go on to chat about some of them including death sentences, women’s health verses Female Mutilation. They also go back to Hollywood and the “rich and famous” putting their money where their mouth is.

Part 9:  Ray and the gang welcome Marc Lotter. Marc serves as President of Lotter Communications, LLC and as a spokesman for President Donald J. Trump and Vice President Mike Pence’s political efforts. They talk about the Iran/Iraq issue and how President Obama’s response was much different when there was a problem than President Trump. They also talk about Biden and Sanders and what they are saying.

Part 10:  Ray asks Jeff to continue the point that he was trying to make a couple segments ago. He says that if you want to control the agenda in the House and Senate, we need to vote Republican and support Sen. Susan Collins. If you don’t like Sen. Collins, you definitely won’t like a Sen. Sara Gideon. Demi says that President Trump want Sen. Collins back in the Senate. Jeff explains the difference in someone that stays and switches branches to remain elect doesn’t necessarily mean that they become a swamp creature. Part 1:  Ray opens up with “When did it become okay not to be an American?”. He continues with the stance of the left and how they now seem to hate America and everything that America stands for. He welcomes Fox News Radio’s Simon Owen to discuss Iran and their series of threats to the U.S. and Trump’s vow to stand strong in the wake of the President Trump’s order of the U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani on Friday after the attack on the Embassy in Baghdad. Ray goes back on his rant about Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and how she isn’t acting in America’s best interest and Ray is on a roll.


Part 2:  Ray takes a call from Larry and he asks Ray if there is anything we can do about Pelosi.

Part 3:  Ray resumes his history lessons focusing on Maine’s history to celebrate Maine’s Bicentennial Birthday Year. Today’s History Lesson:  Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (February 27, 1807 – March 24, 1882) was an American poet and educator whose works include “Paul Revere’s Ride”, The Song of Hiawatha, and Evangeline. Part 4:  Ray welcomes Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland. Ray plays a special song for her to celebrate her engagement. Then, they wade into the swamp of Washington. They chat about Sen. Lindsay Graham accusing Pelosi of playing political games and trying to exert control over the Senate trial by keeping it from starting. They also talk about Sen. Mitch McConnell, Sen. Collins and other senators that could swing. Ray heads back to the outrage of Americans on the left on the protection of the American Embassy in Baghdad. The crocodile tears of Sec. of State Hillary Clinton over the body of Ambassador Chris Steven in Benghazi and how she denied assistance and reinforcements for him and the American Embassy.

Part 5:  Ray talks reads a joke Bob of K’bunk and grey hair. He is still chewing on the lost narrative that we were the ones that were attacked first. If they continue we will come at them with even more.

Part 6:  Ray welcomes Rich Brewer of One Warrior Won. They discuss the current terrorist attack on the American Embassy in Baghdad and the airstrike response. Rich talks about the other person of command that was killed along with Gen. Qassem Soleimani and their failed attempt to overtake our Embassy. He also talks about some of the other attacks that these two have done over the years. Rich also wants to know where are our allies. Ray brings up the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said the House of Representatives will vote this week on legislation to limit President Donald Trump’s military actions on Iran. Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., has introduced a similar resolution in the Senate.

Part 7:  Ray talks about Maine’s legislature and their spending and priorities. Ray reminds us about their budget and Maine’s population. He talks about the education spending and the amount of kids in school. He also talks about Maine’s infrastructure.

Part 8:  Ray talks about Gov. Mills’ administration and the anti-Mainer way that they are conducting business. He also goes down the media and Holli”weird” path and how that they are mad at President Trump instead of the people that attacked us. Ray questions why the 2nd highest person in the Iranian government was in Iraq. Ray tries to go into the minds of the liberal to understand their logic.

Part 9:  Ray talks about the way the mind works. He can’t wrap his head around how the left doesn’t get why this bad man that orchestrated many attacks on Americans. He doesn’t get how they can choose what they are going to believe from the same government.

Part 10:  Ray talks about the unification of our country. He doesn’t know who could bring the oppositions together in our country. The left is so anti-American and pro-choice (of everything) and the right is pro-American and pro-choice. Ray takes a call. They have a great discussion about the American media and American left and the difference in how they would be and did handle attacks on our Embassies.

Part 11:  Ray talks about the goals for the Mills’ Administration in 2020. Not sure he agrees…..
