Part 1: Ray, Dee Dee & Debi discuss Memorial Day and their weekend. Ray recaps the Rowe Ford remote that he did at Rowe Ford. They discuss the meaning of Memorial Day and the differences between Veteran’s Day, and Memorial Day. Ray gives a small opinion on whether he thinks it’s okay to thank a veteran on Memorial Day.
Part 2: Ray talks about Mayor Pete Buttigieg willingness to sell access. He and Debi discuss openness and his willingness to sell access to the White House. Ray reads a story about the Worker Comp Reform bills. There are a lot of them. Ray reminds the audience of the government shutdown in the 1980’s. Ray tells the story of the Peggy Pendleton out of Scarborough and her struggle with the lack of help from the Republicans. So much so that she changed parties to Democrat.
Part 3: David Jones joins in the discussion. Ray reads a story about the Kennebunkport Memorial Day remembrances and the two empty chairs left open to their beloved and departed President and Mrs. Bush.
Part 4: Ray and David talk about the cockamamie things coming out of Augusta. They are talking about the Worker’s Compensations reforms put forward. There are so many out there This is taking us back to when businesses were struggling. They talk about how the Republicans when we were the majority, missed out by not making: Maine a Right to Work state, getting rid of State Income Tax. The boys talk about the lack of infrastructure meaning roads and bridges.
Part 5: Ray talks about the bandwidth of WLOB and the streaming numbers. He says thanks to all of our listeners and audience members.
Part 6: Ray and David discuss the roads and their decay. They take a call about the roads in Westbrook and points to a couple of specifics. He suggests we record the way our cars and post when and where you were on Facebook or if you have a website post it there.
Part 7: Garrett Mason joins the boys in studio. They talk about the proposed budget and how it is growing and who will be supporting it. Will it pass? How big is the number going to be.
Part 8: They continue the budget proposal. Garrett brings up the growth in Florida and their infrastructure and compares it to Maine. They talk about the resistance to change and what would help make Maine better. They talk about some of the bans and obstacles that would have or could have improved Maine and the Mainer’s way of life. East West Highway, the fight over the CMP Corridor.
Part 9: They boys talk about the Maine signs that used to be at the borders. Garrett brings up the point that Maine has great facilities and venues that are being under utilized. They talk about Frontier Airlines and how economical flights are right now. He also mentions some other aspects that are under marketed. Ray talks about the Michigan commercials and how effective they are.
Part 10: Ray talks about the Governor signing into law the Paid Time Off. Employers will now have to pay employees for any time off. This is discussed. They also talk about some of the other things that the liberal have done all over the world. Ray talks about this month’s edition of Richardson Magazine and his two articles. The first one he mentions is where he lays out how to BE BOLD! and the second article about the comparison of two Governors titled A Tale of Two Woman. Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey and Maine Gov. Janet Mills.
Part 11: They continue the discussion on abortion brought on by a phone call about Governor Mills and motherhood. Ray and Garrett both agree that she is a great mom to her five step-daughters and grandmother.
Part 1: Ray reminds people that it is Memorial Day Weekend. He reminds the audience that it isn’t just about the cookouts, but about the brave men and women that have given as Abraham Lincoln said in the Gettysburg Address, “It is rather for us here dedicated to the great task remaining before us, that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion.” Fox News Radio’s Simon Owen brings us the latest news from “Across the Pond”. U.K. Prime Minister Theresa May announced this morning that she would be resigning following three years of failing to solidify Brexit. She would resign effective June 7 and that the process to select a successor should begin the following week. Simon and Ray chat about her announcement and the ramifications and future of Brexit.
Part 2: Ray plays a clip from a President Reagan speech. Ray brings back Maine State Rep. Brownie Carson’s bill, LD 640, to our attention. He talks about how there are more efficient, cleaner ways to get our energy, but the Dems aren’t interested in any of that….
Part 3: Ray plays “We are Family” and then talks about how if we continue with the releasing more documents and how the Democrats are scared of what is really going to come out. “Hopefully, everyone will find out what I know….all roads will lead right to President Obama.”
Part 4: Ray reminds the audience about the Honor Flight Maine remote that will be held on Saturday at Rowe Ford Westbrook. He welcomes Shawn Moody in studio and Shawn gets to brag on Moody’s Collision. The boys talk about the benefits of an employee owned company. Shawn tells us that Moody’s belongs to the ESOP Association and Shawn explains what this organization is and what they do. He share that they enter their poster as Moody’s does every year, but this year they were a finalist so when they unveiled the winner, it was Moody’s, which was a surprise.
Part 5: Ray and Shawn discuss President Trump and Ray starts throwing out “C” words again. Collusion, cronies, cover-up…he talks about Comey and Manafort and the reason that they are sitting in jail for other reasons other than their dealings with Trump.
Part 6: Ray and Shawn discuss Memorial Day traditions and Gorham and Westbrook’s parades and events. Ray asks Shawn about State Rep. Brownie Carson’s bill LD 640. Ray reminds everyone what it is and that this is kind of like changing the rules in the middle of the game. Shawn gives his opinion on the CMP Corridor deal. He feels there has been no negotiation. Right now the focus is on whether it is a yes or no, not what is best for Maine. This is a great debate on the issue. Ray feels one way and Shawn feels another, but both approve in concept of the corridor.
Part 7: Ray welcomes Laurie Sidelinger of Honor Flight Maine. They are holding events at Rowe Ford. They have two locations, Westbrook and Auburn, and they will be representation at both locations to bring awareness of their organization. She invites everyone to come out and celebrate all Veterans on Saturday. She describes what Honor Flight Maine is all about and their goal. She has a sense of urgency to find WWII veterans that are left that haven’t had a chance to go down to Washington. Ray will be at Rowe Westbrook and Dave Dale will be at Rowe Auburn. Part 9: Ray compares Alabama Governor Kay Ivey and Maine Gov. Janet Mills. Governor Ivey passed the most strict law against abortion and Maine’s Governor has the most lenient by allowing medical personnel, (not necessarily a doctor) He takes a call from frequent caller Larry and Larry describes a family member’s treasured personal items from the war. (No audio is available) Part 10: Ray plays Lee Greenwood’s song “God, Bless The USA” and reminds people why we have Memorial Day. It is a day to honor our fallen soldiers, not just a day for a picnic. He takes a call from Arthur Langley reminds that our uniformed men and women have been sacrificing for our citizens and that includes the unborn.

Part 2: Ray reminds people about the Honor Flight Remote at Rowe Ford Westbrook. May is Military Month…Ray pleads with people to call (207-775-2217) into the Big JAB morning show today and tell Peter McFarland that they miss hearing him on WLOB. Washington state became the first to legalize human composting after its eco-friendly governor signed a bill to that effect in a bid to cut carbon emissions from burials and cremations.
Part 3: Ray talks about an interaction between Rep. Omar and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary, Ben Carson. “Since you brought it up… I know what it’s like to actually be sleepy, especially after 18-hour surgeries and operating on babies in the womb,” he wrote. While he was at it, Carson also took a shot at Omar’s position on abortion. “I hope @IlhanMN knows I care about all people, even those she doesn’t recognize as having a right to life.”
Part 4: Ray speaks to Maine State Rep. Beth O’Connor. She joins him to discuss Rep. Brownie Carson’s bill (LD 640 “Resolve, To Require a Study of Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reductions from the Proposed Central Maine Power Company Transmission Corridor”) and how it isn’t fair to change the rules of the game in the middle of the game. This bill is designed to only affect this one project.
Part 5: Ray goes back and expands on the exchange between Carson and Omar. He points out some more of Rep. Omar’s double standard over the southern border position.
Part 6: Ray welcomes Jonathan David Leibowitz is an American lawyer who served as the Chairman of the Federal Trade Commission. He is currently co-chairman of the 21st Century Privacy Coalition, a group that aims to loosen regulations for how companies have to protect consumer’s sensitive information. He is concerned about Maine’s Sen. Bellows proposed LD 946 “An Act To Protect the Privacy of Online Customer Information”. He and Ray discuss the how much good this bill will do….nothing.
Part 7: Ray goes back to his words with C’s to describe Democrats…coordination. Then pokes fun of San Francisco a poem that he made up…
Part 8: Ray talks about how important it is to help others achieve their dreams if you are capable of doing so. God gave everyone a talent and we should be lifting people up…not tearing them down. Then he goes to Augusta and talks a little history. He explains the phrase “As Maine Goes, so does the country.” He talks about the actions of Speaker Gideon and her bill on Maine’s elections. One Man…One Vote!!!
Part 9: Ray talks about John Philip Walker Lindh, a U.S. citizen who was captured as an enemy combatant during the United States’ invasion of Afghanistan in November 2001. He was released from jail this morning on an early release. Ray doesn’t understand why he seems to be the only one upset. Everyone else seems to be silent.
Part 10: Ray welcomes News Center Maine’s Pat Callaghan. Ray reminds people about the Honor Flight Remote at Rowe Ford Westbrook. and mentions the support that News Center Maine has given to them over the years. They talk about the WWII Tuskegee pilots and Ray says that Lt. Col. Harry Stewart will be joining us next week. Pat corrects Ray’s history on the “As Maine Goes” Then the boys continue with the history lessons.

He talks about House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler and his latest subpoenas of former White House Communications Director Hope Hicks and Former White House Deputy Counsel Annie Donaldson. When is enough, enough? Fox News Radio’s Jared Halpern to discuss the campaign trail that is already in full swing….they talk about the democrats hopefuls Marianne Williamson and Mayor Pete Buttigieg.
Part 2: Ray reminds people of the Honor Flight Remote at Rowe Ford Westbrook. He and Debi discuss the monument down in Washington DC. Ray explains which ones where his favorite. He loves the Korean War Monument and his runner up is the Vietnam Nam Wall. It is very emotional seeing all of those names.
Part 3: Ray and Debi discuss Jerry Lee Lewis and his downfall. He tells us about the scandal that lead to his downfall. His child bride, that happened to be his second cousin.
Part 4: Ray reminds people of the Honor Flight Remote at Rowe Ford Westbrook. Ray talks about the attendance of the Franklin Graham Destination America Northeast Tour. This leads to the OP-Ed that was in the Portland Press Herald in Sunday’s edition…NO OTHER MEDIA COVERAGE ANYWHERE…this morning the headline is about the protest against laws passed recently in Alabama, Georgia, Missouri, Ohio and other states that place new restrictions on access to abortion.
Part 5: Ray reads another headlining story out of the Portland Press Herald. The Maine House yesterday approved a bill that will allow nurse practitioners and physician assistants to perform abortions. He talks about how is this not the promoting women’s healthcare…this is murder.
Part 6: “Trump is Raping the country”. He then goes to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said Sunday that growing cauliflower in community gardens is part of the “colonial” attitudes that her Green New Deal will stamp out.. He talks about cauliflower pizza and the level of intelligence of our elected folks. Ray takes a call. Ray goes a little overboard with his support of cauliflower, he even brings in broccoli into the fight. He takes another call, this one is about how the People’s Veto.
Part 7: Ray reads a story out of the New York Times about John Walker Lindh, a former American Taliban militant. Believe it or not he is set to be released from prison and hasn’t denounced Islamism.
Part 8: Ray recieves a text from Claude Berube with a great site that has a video for Cauliflower Pizza crust. Ray talks about automation and the taxation on them. They will tax anything and everything. Somehow, he gets to the funding of schools. Portland needs money to renovate/build schools, yet they are considering merging the high schools because of the reduced school age population. Yet somehow he gets back to cauliflower.
Part 9: AOC is the first topic. He then heads to Fox News and a sign that flashed on the TV at a Bernie Sanders rally. He points out a sign about abortion is a right of life. He takes on the Maine Legislature in a tongue in cheek dialog with Debi and Dee Dee.
Part 10: Ray welcomes Jane Margesson, AARP Maine. They discuss one of the many scams out there to get your money. Now there’s a refund twist to this scam. Scammers call, explaining you bought a tech protection plan in the past and that the vendor is going out of business and owes you a refund. She and Ray talk about some of the other scams out there. Jane tells us about the Senior Safe Act that started here in Maine.
Part 11: Ray and Jane Margesson continue with their discussion after he and Debi discuss cauliflower.
