Part 1: Ray and Debi chat this morning about some of the overnight current event. Ray reminds people of the Honor Flight Remote at Rowe Ford Westbrook. Ray tells Debi about The King County Airport in Seattle. They end up with the discussion about the elected folks not “getting it done”. He talks about Mitt Romey, Jeb Bush and they are used as examples. Ray gives a history lesson on the legislature and how we got into the situation we are in as a country. Also the difference between a statesman and today’s elected people.
Part 2: David Jones is back in the house. They discuss Former FBI director James Comey and then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch. She has accused former FBI Director James Comey of mis-characterizing her statements by repeatedly alleging, under oath, that Lynch privately instructed him to call the Hillary Clinton email probe a “matter” instead of an “investigation.” A transcript of her testimony was released on Monday by House Judiciary Committee ranking member Doug Collins, R-Ga.
Part 3: Ray, Debi and David discuss Gov. Mills’ budget. Ray says that the Republicans could just stop fighting and let them do what they want. (Still voting against them, but let them impost their craziness).
Part 4: Ray, David and Dee Dee welcome Garrett Mason and Ben Dudley joins by phone. They discuss the CMP (Central Maine Power) Connect that has been proposed to run through Maine from Canada to Massachusetts. He is the Director of Mainers for Clean Energy Jobs. It is a coalition of organizations and individuals who support the New England Clean Energy Connect (NECEC). The PUC has requested a study and has giving no direction or money to pay for it. Ray talks about “Dark Money”. They talk about climate change and why are all of the Democrats that are “for” climate change are now against it. Garrett asks Ben a question about who get the energy and how will Mainers benefit. Ray asks him how supply and demand works. They also discuss how it will affect property taxes in Lewiston. LD 640 is being voted on today. Call your representative and voice your opinion (nicely) and JUST SAY NO! They are trying to change the rules in the middle of the game.
Part 5: The panel is joined by Carrol Conley of Christian Civic League. They talk about the “Right to Die” and abortion issues that are before Maine’s Legislature. But first they talk about the Franklin Graham Destination America Northeast Tour. They talk about the hypocrisy of Maine’s legislature by allowing non-doctor personnel to preform an abortion, but wouldn’t allow a non-dentist to pull a tooth. They talk about some of the “exceptions” in the abortion argument. Carrol makes sure that you know the need to hold the legislature accountable for their vote.
Part 6: Ray and Garrett talk about the 129th Maine Legislature. They have now gone to three sessions a day trying to get all of the stuff done before their deadline. Garrett expects the budget to keep going up. The government will shutdown on July 1 if they don’t get their budget passed. The Republicans have said that they won’t support a lot of changes that matter that Gov. LePage has put into place. Ray talks about the worker’s comp bill that will roll it back to the 1980’s. Garrett explains what that means. Ray says that businesses will be picking up and moving if some of these over-regulations continue to be heaped on business and small businesses will end up having to close. Garrett is so upset about the forced vaccination bill that is being proposed. Ray asks where on any of the elected folks pamphlets or ads did they say what they had in mind if elected. Garrett, Ray and David all agree that this is nothing but a steady march toward Socialism.
Part 7: Ray and the panel discuss an Op-Ed piece in the Portland Press Herald about immigration written by an immigrant. This leads to talking about how people come here to change the way we do things. Garrett takes about “Helping People Where They Are”, not just bringing the biggest and brightest from their country, but help them raise their country up. They talk about the differences and what holds us together.
Part 8: Ray thanks his guests, David Jones and Garrett Mason, for the great conversations on today’s show. Ray talks about the organizations that profit off of the backs of the down-trodden and innocent.

Part 2: Ray and Debi welcome the one and only David Jones back from Florida. They discuss private enterprise. David is fresh from Ft. Lauderdale and he describes the growth. David talks about the wedding and venue in Florida. They talk about the weather and how after a natural disaster there is a wealth of opportunity.
Part 3: Ray, David and Debi talk about the Franklin Graham event media coverage. He ties it into the Richardson Magazine article that his just wrote. He talks about Crowder who provided the music for the Destination America Northeast Tour.
Part 4: Ray and David are joined by Fox News Radio’s Eben Brown to discuss the Alabama Abortion Law and the reactions to the harsh consequences on the doctors. Is this an attempt to get the issue in front of the Supreme Court. Ray gives another shout out to the sponsors of the Salute the Recruit Dinner and apologized again to Pete McVety. Ray describes the event. They take a call and it happens to be Pete and they talk about what a special night.
Part 5: Ray and David talk a little immigration. Ray says that anything else you do has to begin with stopping the porous border issue. David says that the other side has no plans to fix this because they don’t want to give anything to Trump.
Part 6: Ray and David Jones of FO Bailey Real Estate discuss the real estate market. David hasn’t seen these prices since the 1980’s. They discuss how fast properties are moving. Ray brags on his son, Conner, because Pillar to Post named Conner Realtor of the Month. David explains what a CAP Rate is and how it is determined. They talk about the economy and how we need to keep our kids here.

Part 8: Ray and David welcome Fox News Radio’s Jon Decker. Ray and Jon discuss Franklin Graham. Jon interviewed him for his book. Ray ask Jon about the President’s Immigration Plan. Ray asks Jon his opinion on how important it is to the elected folks for immigration reform. They talk about Sen. Lindsay Graham and Trump’s relationship to set up the scenario of finding someone in the Democratic Party to work with to come up with a compromise. Jon feels that nothing will happen until after the 2020 election and we have more Republicans in office. The boys continue with the discussion but move it to Maine. The discussion about business in Maine and some of the non-business legislation that has been passed. They take a call who is just plain frustrated with the “punishment” mentality of this group of legislatures.
Part 9: Ray gives another shout out to Mike Timmons. David gives a shout out to the Blackhorse Tavern. David and his family had a family birthday celebration for his son and they were so accommodating and had a family atmosphere.

They do a little squirrel radio and talk about the White House chef on Fox News and Chef Rush’s feat in doing 22,222 push-ups for veterans. They continue to re-inform the audience of some of the things that are happening in Augusta.
Part 1: Ray talks about a bunch of stuff. Starts with AG Barr and the long time history of the FBI “spying on people”. Ray gives several examples. This leads, somehow, to the Maine Senate unanimously voting yesterday to enact legislation from Sen. Rebecca Millett, D-Cape Elizabeth, that would create a statewide earned paid time off policy. As amended, LD 369, “An Act Authorizing Earned Employee Leave” would require companies with 10 employees or more to offer earned paid time off.
Part 3: Ray takes a call and they travel down memory lane with …… Ray talks about his Facebook Lives and thanks everyone for watching. He is frustrated because we are loosing the battle for smaller government. He stresses that this is coming from both sides. Ray reads some of the press release from the Maine Senate Office regarding Sen. Millett’s Bill LD 369. He is thoroughly disappointed that the Republicans are not standing up.
Part 4: Ray welcomes an old friends Sen. Bill Diamond and Mike Timmons. But he chats with Fox News Radio’s Rachel Sutherland first about some of the ramifications from the Mueller Report and the “ya-ya”(Ray’s words) between the parties. Mike runs the Cumberland County Fairgrounds and is promoting the Franklin Graham event happening on Sunday night. Destination America Northeast Tour is a free event with free parking and music feature Crowder. He chats briefly (just basically to say hi) to Sen. Diamond. More to come in the next segment.
Part 5: Ray and Sen. Bill Diamond, D-Windham, get into the nitty-gritty. They discuss Millett’s bill (one of many). This passed unanimously on both sides of the aisle. LD 369, “An Act Authorizing Earned Employee Leave” would require companies with 10 employees or more to offer earned paid time off. Most companies that have more than 10 already have something in place because of the employment field.
Part 6: Ray and Bill continue the discussion on the compromise to make government bigger and helped the small business, but this is a new intrusion into running a business. Ray says this is a slippery slope and this is just the first step. Bill defends his vote by saying that he was trying to protect business from the far left and bad legislation. They move on to Gov. Mills’ proposed budget. Ray gives his ideas on it, needless to say the boys “discuss”, Homestead exemption, child protection services. They take a call and he wants to know if they could pass a bill about Bill having the best hair in Maine. But seriously asks about evaluating bills and their compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures. The boys explain that there is a non-partisan Office of Program Evaluation and Government Accountability (OPEGA) and that is what they do.
Part 7: This is a quick segment. Ray thanks Sen. Bill Diamond for coming in and he gives a quick shout-out to his daughter and wife that are listening.
Part 8: Ray takes a call and they discuss how elections have consequences. They talk about the paid time off and several other topics. The talk about the Iron Lady and how we need to get some good candidates to run. How is Maine going to compete with other states. He takes a call about the OPEGA committee. Ray says that the other side is the only side that is being heard, but there isn’t anyone to stand up to their ideas.

Part 10: Ray talks about the fact that we need to get our heads out of the sand. He takes he call from Gordon Draper about current events and the up-coming Supreme Court appointees. He takes a call from Larry championing Ray’s comments that we need to stand up and be heard. The other side has a loud voice and use it in many different ways.

Part 2: Ray reads a news story: Former FBI general counsel James Baker said this week that he and other officials were “quite worried” that former FBI Director James Comey appeared to be blackmailing then President-elect Trump during a 2017 meeting regarding salacious allegations found in the Steele dossier. Ray and Debi discuss the story and the facts as they have come out of the darkness.
Part 3: Ray and Debi discuss the bump music and Will Smith. Ray plugs the next segment and then heads to the shenanigans in Augusta. Ray compares Gubernatorial Candidate Janet Mills’ promises about raising taxes and Governor Mills’ actions.
Part 4: Ray welcomes Dana Connors, President of the Maine State Chamber. Ray asks him to give a quick rundown on his resume so that the audience will understand Dana’s ability to speak to the issue at hand. They are chatting about the CMP Corridor. Ray talks about some of the concessions and benefits of this project. Dana points out that CMP says it won’t use herbicides in proposed new power line corridor. One of the other benefits is broadband to an area that currently doesn’t have access, which will grow business. Ray points out Brownie Carson’s bill and how it isn’t fair to change the rules of the game in the middle of the game.
Part 5: Ray and Dana continue their discussion on the CMP Corridor. Dana speaks to the many benefits that will happen. Ray asks him to come back and continue discussions on this project and other things that are happening in Maine that affect businesses.
Part 6: Ray starts off with a free event at the Cumberland County Fairgrounds. On Sunday night, May 19, Franklin Graham will launch Decision America Northeast Tour in Portland. Ray asks Dave what’s new and Dave responds, “Equal Pay Act will go into effect”. Ray and David talk about all of the things that you can and cannot ask in an interview. Dave suggests that all employers take off any application the question about what they used to make.

Lisa gives a brief history of the Torch Run and some of the other fundraisers that dedicated law enforcement officers. She shares several personal stories.

They talk about some of the bills and hearings in Augusta. They also talk about how Augusta does Public Hearings on proposed bills. Ray points out that when they do have a hearing that the order of speakers should start with citizens, then the elected folks.
Part 11: Ray and Mark take a call and they talk about the importance of the process in the life of a bill. Every step is important and pubic hearings are a big part of transparency. It also allows the citizens to have a voice. Augusta is sidestepping this important step because they don’t feel like it is important.
