Part 1: Ray is all wound up this am…Pres. Trump released his financials and how liberals seem to go without consequence for any of their actions, all the while it seems that any conservative will get hung in the nearest tree. Holy Cow! I think Ray ate his Wheaties this morning!!!
Part 2: Net Neutrality was passed in the Senate. Ray talks about Plessy v. Ferguson Supreme Court decision of 1896, which allowed state-sponsored segregation, then in 1954 the doctrine of separate but equal was overturned by a series of Supreme Court decisions, starting with Brown v. Board of Education of 1954. Ray makes the point that anything that is made into law can be overturned. He ends up with the ACLU’s fight that claims that an abortion is a woman’s civil right.

Part 2: Ray and David talk about Maine economics. They take a call from a frequent caller who wants his money back from the Legislature. He said that they were getting paid for 50 days but only worked 35. He wants his money back. He is all wound up about the city councils and how they all have seemed to have lost their minds.
Part 2: Ray and David talk about Ranked Choice Voting and how King won with 35% of the vote in 1994, Baldacci won with 47% of the vote in 2002 and in 2006 with 36% of the vote, yet the temper tantrum crowd never said a word.

Part 1: Maine DOT Press Secretary Ted Talbot joins Ray by phone to get onto David. He explains that Maine’s Turnpike and the DOT interstates are different entities. Ted talks about the differences between Maine and some other states on their roadside signs. They also have a discussion about marketing Maine businesses and facilities.
Part 2: Ray takes a call from Doug Ray, spokesperson for the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development. Doug expands on the business climate. Ray asks Doug about commercials for Maine airing outside of Maine.
