He said that they were getting paid for 50 days but only worked 35. He wants his money back. He is all wound up about the city councils and how they all have seemed to have lost their minds.
Part 2: Ray and David talk about Ranked Choice Voting and how King won with 35% of the vote in 1994, Baldacci won with 47% of the vote in 2002 and in 2006 with 36% of the vote, yet the temper tantrum crowd never said a word.

Part 1: Maine DOT Press Secretary Ted Talbot joins Ray by phone to get onto David. He explains that Maine’s Turnpike and the DOT interstates are different entities. Ted talks about the differences between Maine and some other states on their roadside signs.
They also have a discussion about marketing Maine businesses and facilities.
Part 2: Ray takes a call from Doug Ray, spokesperson for the Maine Department of Economic and Community Development. Doug expands on the business climate. Ray asks Doug about commercials for Maine airing outside of Maine.

Ray and David start out talking about the movie, Mama Mia 2, they end up talking about the safe zones that are now in Portland. The “safe zones” are a supposedly a safe place people are addicted to drugs to come and shoot up and not overdose. Ray and David question how this is a legal entity.

Ray, David and Conner discuss the marketing of Maine to Maine and other states. Our population average is getting older and our younger people are leaving our state for better paying jobs. We also need to have more opportunities for young people to learn a trade.
