Part 1: Wayne, Joe and Debi talk about employees. There are a lot of employers that want to take care of their employees so that they will stay. They have a caller that gives a huge shoutout to Community Pharmacy. They talk about Maine’s People Alliance and how it is running the Democrat Party. They also talk about how minimum wage will cut out the younger people out of jobs. Employers won’t be able to sustain and be competitive.
Part 2: Wayne and Joe talk about what Wayne will be doing after the session is over. Wayne is termed out. The discussion turns to what the recruitment for candidates looks like. Joe talks about how even though he doesn’t hold a state office he still helps people get help if they need it.
Part 3: The discussion is about the tax codes and how are we ever going to be able to compete. The State House has become so partisan. Joe brings up Ryan Fecteau and says what a good job he did when Joe was in front of his committee. They take a call and he said that he didn’t like his Representative and she wouldn’t return his call so he sold his house and moved.
Part 4: Joe and Wayne take a frequent caller’s call and he commends Community Pharmacy for not selling alcohol or cigarettes. They talk also talk about Shawn and what a good Governor he would be.

They start off by talking about how Shawn is a businessman and we currently have a businessman in the office and started us down the right path and we need to continue down that by hiring another businessman for Governor. They talk about minimum wage increases that are heading our way. Shawn want to let private enterprise work.

Part 4: Joe announces that he is in the last little bit of holding his seat as selectman. They talk about Joe and Bill Diamond’s campaign. They take a call from Bill of Raymond. He mentions Ranked Choice Voting and Portland’s decision to sue the opioid manufacturers.

The atmosphere has become so nasty. Joe and Debi talk about the a pharmacist’s requirements to become a pharmacist. They also talk about the age and other requirements of Narcan.
